The breakfast provided was wonderful! The continental breakfast also included eggs, ham, cheese as well as a variety of fresh juices and fresh fruit! The outdoor as well as inside spaces for breakfast were beautiful. I looked forward to my morning coffee and breakfast in the terrace each day.

The hotel is very close to beach and it has its own beachfront. The rent for parasols is a bit high but there's a public beach just 50m right, you can use your own parasol (which you can buy from Lidl in 100 meters). The breakfast is nice, there's not much choice but it's good. Staff mostly speak good English. There are many superb restaurants close by. Pillows are not square but rectangle. The air conditioner is installed such that it doesn't face the bed.

Make sure to bring or buy a mosquito repellant because there are too many mosquitos. The hotel should've installed nets on windows but they didn't. Our bathroom had a leaky shower head. The lady tending to the private beach didn't speak English.

The owners (brother and sister) who run this place were absolutely as well as the rest of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. It is one block from the beach. Continental breakfast daily in the hotel. Lobby bar sells coffee and cold beer. The AC was amazing.

Everything and I mean everything was perfect. No complaints at all.

The staff was helpful, we could talk to someone in English. The room was big and comfy. The AC works well. Near the beach. We got a parking spot at their location, but be careful there are not a lot of places. Easy to find, in a great neighborhood. Good water pressure in the shower.

When we went to the beach we wanted a spot right in front of the Adriatic Sea, but those were sold as seasonal spots, we couldn't get one. The breakfast was ok, but not exceptional. The balcony in the room was a bit small.

The location was great and near the beach. The front desk spoke multiple languages and was very helpful. A short walk to many restaurants, and quick bites. Beach space was wonderful, and towels provided for a fee.

We were on third floor and had a minor sewage problem where the bathroom gave off a bad odor on some days. The mosquitos are brutal. Not against the hotel, but Francaville in general, leaves trash exposed to sun and rain, which can make the whole place a touch smelly on the beach walk.

The location was perfect, the room were cleaned thoroughly every day and the staff was very helpful and professional! The bar on the beach (Lido) and the umbrella with sun beds and chair were amazing and spacious! Overall this was a great surprise!

The location, just 50 m away from the beach. But exceptionally special were the staff. The manager Albert was incredibly helpful. And Cecilia, the lady who presents the breakfast was also a jewel.

The balconies of the rooms are extremely small

Friendly and helpful staff. Wide selection of breakfast cakes. Free parking. The location was quiet, no hustle and bustle.

Lack of proximity to souvenir shops and small grocery stores. Paid showers by the beaches.

Great staff and very attentive to one’s every need.

The rooms are a little on the small side but were clean and the location is great which helps compensate. Our room had a beautiful biew of the Adriatic.

We loved our stay. Everybody was very friendly. Their English was very good as well! We most of all loved the location and the possibility of the private beach. Breakfast was amazing and so many options! We would recommend this place and will go back soon!
