We visited this town for a wedding and couldn't explore the area's nature or any other activities. The hotel is near a road that connects to major roads easily. The hotel itself was amazing. The decor brilliant! Everything worked! Al the lights, the a/c, the room fridge, which wasn't even listed as a roon feature, the water pressure was good. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The staff was friendly and accommodating when we were able to communicate. One server spoke English very well, but most others had limited knowledge of English. We stayed in room 5, which has a queen and 2 twin beds in a loft that it accessed by a winding staircase. The air conditioning unit is up here above the twin beds. The loft features a skylight beside the twin beds. A curtain protects the queen bed from bright sunlight, but not the twin beds The room also has a balcony. The lower level has a beautiful, spacious sitting area. It was a quiet room. We were amazed that there were people in the next room talking loudly. We couldn't hear them in our room, but in the hallway it was quite loud. Also, on Sunday we were astonished to see that the dining rooms were full, because we hadn't heard a thing. The is a lovely little gift shop. (The color in my photo of the sitting area is terrible. They're actually lovely in real)

I was disappointed that it was a problem to get hot chocolate, but that seems to be a regional thing. Another place we stayed at only offers it in the winter. I was able to get it one day when a specific server was there, but not on other days.

Hotel location near Czantoria, well-equipped room including air conditioning, small fridge and tea/coffee making kit. Enough parking space. High-level hotel staff. Good choice for breakfast. I could really recommend to try the hotel restaurant also for having lunch or dinner.

For me a little bit firm bed. On some places in the room slightly squeaky floor, but actually it is not so much disturbing.

Family, 4 days: we had rooms on the ground floor with a terrace facing west. Perfect in hot weather. Clean, spacious. The breakfast was one of the best we had, with a large selection, constantly replenished. Excellent coffee. We also took advantage of the dinners - great food - we really liked it. The service was very accommodating, they took care of all our requests, and they did everything to make sure we were satisfied - and we were. Thank you

The early morning train sometimes honked "to let us know it was time to get up". :-(

It was very cozy. Less than 10 rooms, so felt very private. It was also very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Every dish at the restaurant was exquisite.

The location was a bit far from the center of Ustron, so without a car, it was a bit annoying to get around.

Great local hotel much better than many well known places. Beautiful design, comfortable bed, very clean, welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast in a nice restaurant.
