Room very comfortable, bed excellent. Nice view, a lot of natural light. Breakfast excellent, room service has good quality of food. Reception staff helpful. Location is excellent if you use the business centers close by, otherwise it is far from the city center.

Air condition does not have heat mode. The temperature of the room was 18 degrees celsius when I arrived. There was no frigobar in the cabinet made for it. Poor fitness installation . oom service staff does not speak English.

we always stay here, we love the hotel, but this time the toilet was not flushing. We needed to have it replaced. After that the hot water in the shower stopped working for the last 2 nights. The room door was very squeaky. The pool was cold, they turn it on after we told them but it takes more than a day to warm

The breackfast was wonderful. Wide variety of dishes that were maintained hot and many fresh healthy choices.

The location did not have many restaurant choices within walking distance and those that were available were quite expensive

Challenging asking for room service items, like asking for shower gel and was given body lotion among few other requests (probably because I don't speak spanish)

There was no heat in the rooms, it got very cold at night. No microwave and the restaurant food was always over cooked.

Very nice safe area, varied breakfast, nice pool and gym. Spacious room with good view. Near the hotel there is an excellent shopping center with a cinema and an excellent shop where you can buy souvenirs and local products

We had a noisy air conditioner and it was not fixed in 3 days, almost no one spoke English

Breakfast is a bit basic. The breakfast room is freezing (it hasn’t changed in the last years).

Rooms were clean.. guests were quiet and staff was very helpful with anything we needed and the included breakfast was top notch with authentic Mexican dishes!
