The location right in the airport is perfect and there are friendly staff ready to help with your luggage. The breakfast was great and served from the 8th floor restaurant with a view of the runway.

We requested a cot for our 6-month old baby but when we arrived were told they were all in use. Turns out the hotel does not have enough cots so it is pot luck whether you get one or not. The staff were very friendly and gave us a room upgrade as an apology but the hotel should not advertise a service they don't actually provide.

I tried to put a smiley face on the staff (above) but it would not enable. Very happy with the staff that helped with bags to room and that checked us in and out of the hotel. The bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet. appreciated the complimentary shuttle to terminal 2 the next morning. Would stay here again when flying through Mexico City.

We were a little confused as to how to get to the hotel from the terminal 1. we arrived at 2 am and we put our maps app on and it looked like we could walk to the hotel but then a taxi driver told us we could not walk and he drove us. It turned out to be a very short ride but was quite expensive. Maybe we could have taken a hotel shuttle. Probably our mistake not to check into that before we arrived in Mexico City.

We stayed one night before a flight the next day and were impressed. Great location steps from the airport. Rooms were a bit dated but clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable with nice linens and furnishings were fine. Coffee maker and robes were appreciated. Check in and out efficient. Staff pleasant and helpful…( 1 missing robe and extra coffee supplied after some nudging). Note, we had a room on the 8th floor with access to the Camino real room and that was a real plus with many extras including a nice breakfast and afternoon snacks which made our stay a great value. This is a great option for a stay in proximity to the airport. Highly recommended.

Hotel restaurants were overpriced….note that we did not eat in the hotel restaurants. Lots of options in the airport but again airport prices.

The direct connection between the airport and the hotel through the sky bridge is definitely the best feature of the hotel. It is open and guarded 24/7. You can walk directly from the hotel front desk to the airline check in desk. The luggage storage service is greatly appreciated if you want to go explore the city after you check out or before you can check in.

Rooms’ bathrooms need a bit of maintenance. They look a bit neglected.

We booked a Club room and were really impressed with the food that was offered in the evening. The gentleman server who looked after our table was really pleasant too and gave us great service. The hotel had a shuttle from terminal 2 that we didn't have to wait long for. The hotel has a walkway right to terminal 1 and we were able to catch the air train to terminal 2 very easily in the morning.

We booked a Club room for 2 people but there was only 1 robe and slipper, 1 toothbrush. The shower gel bottle on the wall in the shower was completely empty and the other bottles were less than 1/2 full. The room looked old and the duvet on the bed was SO heavy with no spare lighter duvet to use instead. The Club room included an "American" breakfast but it was just a small table with fresh fruit, pastries, scrambled eggs and beans. The staff serving in the morning were not friendly.

Our international flight to Mexico City was delayed due to a timetable change, necessitating a night an this airport hotel. It is a pity all airport hotels are not as accessible and comfortable as this one. Arriving late it was great to be able to access the hotel from a footbridge near exit 4 of the international terminal. The checkin was seamless, the staff spoke excellent English. The room was spacious and very well insulated, the king bed was super comfortable with nice linens and towels and Molton Brown toiletries. We had a connecting flight the next morning from terminal 2 and a free hotel shuttle bus took us there.

The staff were so helpful and patience with my less than perfect Spanish language skills (though all the staff we encountered could speak some English but I need the Spanish language practice). The hotel was very quiet, very clean and so convenient as the overpass covered walkway directly to Terminal 1 for international flights was genius. We were impressed by the quality of the restaurant food and enjoyed a relaxing evening before our flight home the next morning. Definitely a great experience and great value. We want to visit other properties in Mexico soon.

The location is very good.

I chose this hotel because of the free airport shuttle included. And I asked several times through email and Booking.com message a few days before my stay how to use the shuttle. But they never gave me an answer. When I arrived at T1 and called the hotel, he said that I had to pay 1500 pesos to take the shuttle bus. (I unfortunately didn't ask his name.) I thought it was very unreasonable and expensive, and I had to go to the hotel by another way after midnight, tired, with kids and big bags. When I checked in, I confirmed with the concierge that the shuttle was free. So was he trying to trick us by saying 1500 pesos for personal gain? I felt very bad. Tired long-haul travelers should never be fooled.

The best quality it’s the proximity of the hotel to the airport. Terminal one it’s just one covered bridge away, which makes it very convenient and safe for early flights (as it was my case) . The room is quite simple but nicely put together, it has blackout courtains which are great to sleep early. The staff is amiable and willing to help.

It’s overpriced for what it is, but the convenient location makes up for it. There’s no kettle or coffee maker in the room, neither a mini fridge, which would be very convenient. The worst part must be the shower. It’s really difficult to regulate the temperature. Only with very low pressure I could manage to get a decent temperature and not boiling water.

Very conveniently located across the road from Terminal 1. There’s a walkway across the busy road that gets uit straight from the terminal building at the doorstep of the hotel. No transport needed, if you do the five-minute walk. Rooms are spacious and clean. Just a good solution if you need to accommodate a layover in Mexico City and don’t want to head into the city. Friendly staff and ample restaurant.

The building is a bit bombastic perhaps and the rooms, while large, give off a tired look. Nothing dramatic though.
