Everything: location, convenience, good food at the restaurant, very professional staff, room was clean and with all the amenities. I noticed some items that needed attention and conveyed to the Manager; there wont be any corrections to hidden damages due to wear and tear, unless guests bring those to their attention, and by no means that diminishes their excellence, on my opinion still is a five star accommodations.

Proximity to connecting flight and international check in. It has a 24 hour restaurant and a comfortable bar where you can see the planes landing or taking off. The staff are so helpful and kind! Services are made available immediately. Perfect for having a private space where to rest when you are connecting with other flights or to stay overnight. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the airport international departure section if you prefer to explore different foods and wine or mezcal.

Location, rooms, cleanliness

We arrived late at night and there was only person checking in . He did his best, but having to wait long was not enjoyable. I did not like that I made my reservation through booking. I was told I could pay at the property. Yes, but the price changed, the price is now in pesos and you can only pay the amount they give you in pesos not the locked dollars amount of my reservation. Please let customers that if they dont pay in advance through booking they will have to pay the rate of the hotel in pesos when you get there.

We spent one night at the hotel while waiting to catch a flight home the next day. The room was large and items such as ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo, coffee/tea making facilities etc were available. The room was quiet and the bed firm. We had a very good sleep. Breakfast included a wide variety of foods. They have a bottle refill- water station available on the main floor.

There is a barista style coffee machine in the breakfast restaurant however it is not being used to its full potential. My husband ordered a flat white and had a black coffee delivered. The hot milk came in a large jug which the staff member would pour into the coffee. I'm not sure what they would do for a cappuccino. Very unusual. There is work being undertaken on the ground level entry area of the airport which obscures the entry lifts to the hotel. The lifts themselves are confusing to use on any level. Some signage both inside and outside the lifts would be useful.

Perfect having shortest way to the airplane counters at Terminal 1! (i.e. international flights, like LH, Air France, United - 5-10 minutes). You pay a good price but have the comfort of not being in hurry. You have some restaurants on the airport available or crossing over street through a corridor to Cortyard by Marriott also have a comfortable eat options.

Absolutely catastrophic to reach hotel by car. On ground level you need to tell street police being there (door nr. 8) you need a bell boy to carry your suitcases to Hilton hotel. If you are alone and have a rented car, left first car and they bring you to door 8, otherwise the other persons with you must walk with bell boy. Note: 08/24 was only one elevator accessible because of construction issues. Normal stairs are also available.

It was in a very convenient location. It was very close to the departure entrance (less than 5 minutes). We had to wait almost 12 hours for the connection, so I appreciated a lot being able to rest before our next flight.

It's a bit expensive, but I guess it comes with the convenience and location. A little problem we had with the room is that the shower doors were letting the water scape, it made a mess in the bathroom.

Well suited for flights out of terminal 1. The hotel offers a transfer to Terminal 2 every hour, you must be there ahead by 10 minutes. I would recommend that as I moved from Terminal 1 to 2 via a bus, this was a mistake as it required around 40 minutes.

the hotel layour and room numbering is a little bizarre. Finding your room could be a challenge at first. also, the gym facility is very basic

Very clean, excellent location right in the hotel. The fitness room was also well supplied and very clean! Very nice lounges. Easy access to lots of clean drinking water.

Wish we were staying in the same terminal as our flight left from, but we didn't know. To get our checked bag to the hotel, we had to hire someone with a dolly. There were no luggage carts. Not the hotel's fault but would have been nice to know.

The location within the airport was good. It’s all one floor but easy to get lost to find your room. It was nice and clean but a little more noisy than I expected.

The check in was seamless but the lady that took my information was a bit rude compared to anything I’ve experienced. I felt like I was annoying her. Everyone else was more than welcoming. Also, the bathrooms don’t hold water in well, make sure you use a towel or you’ll definitely fall. We did, only holding us up was out hands and the wall since it was slippery
