Location, entrance, dining room, garden bar, parking and kids facilities are very good I would say amazing. Also the breakfast and people that work there are nice.

At breakfast the machine to make cappuccino or coffe is slow, only one is not enough and there is always a long queue which you dont expect in a such type of hotel. You dont feel to queue up just after waking up so quite bad. Actually you expect them to serve the cappuccino although the breakfast is self service.

Great breakfast, great dinner. The food in general is well prepared and the convenience of eating at the hotel is a strong point. Emphasis is on seafood and both of the dinners I had did not disappoint

Got a message via Booking.com stating that parking at the hotel is free to customers , whereas , when I self self checked the day prior , I was asked for parking payment, which I provided. When pointing that out later to the staff via direct message and email, I received a non answer stating the cost of parking per day which only reinforced the fallacy of the message and lack of communication skills. Not a big deal, but perhaps a bit more attention to the BOT messages and better communication would help

Great location. Lovely staff. Good food. Nice basic accommodation very comfortable. Very clean.

We were in room 113 and although everything was almost perfect please be aware that music is on from 7.30 in the morning in the outside bar area. It just woke us each morning however this is not a complaint but I feel important to be aware off. Also live music on Thursday which was outside our balcony and did not finish until after 12.30pm. We loved it but it should be explained before arrival

Breakfast was good just a feedback I think it will be a good idea to have two coffee machine instead of just one as we had to do the line in order to have a cup of coffee. Aside of this everything was really good

The perfect location across the road from the beach with the endless ocean access and view was complimented by the gracious staff and the hotel’s facilities.

Price was great. Location is also very good. Breakfast was as expected. The room was very small and you can clearly see the hotel is old but the price reflects that.

Initially when we booked the room, we got a room with a non functioning air conditioner. But the hotel staff was really understanding to upgrade our room without hassles.
