Great venue right on the beach but without a car it was too far out of town with no access to stores. Great pool and meals were good. Exceptional breakfast provided. There is some issue with toilet not working efficiently and no hot water in the shower.Queen bed wad actually 2 twin beds placed together which made it very uncomfortable in the middle and no top sheet and thin blankets that were too short. Need better option for a blanket. Staff super helpful when required.

We enjoyed the quiet, forested, and flower garden location by the seashore. Nice breeze and beautiful views. The pool is an extra bonus and kept clean with a shaded sitting area or sun if you desired. A lot of seating options outside by the beach and decent snorkelling offshore (but you need experience with reading the reef break and currents/tides). Very excellent service by Stefan and Rideau, who both speak excellent English. Quality food.

Many mosquitoes so bring your bugspray!

The breakfast was very good. They even had skippy peanut butter :)). Muamere itself is not that tourstic ,, location is good if you just want to chill ,,,u cant do anything the sea is not suitable for swimming but the hotel has free sunbeds on sandy beach. Very beautiful place :))

Very quite the whole area and no wifi in the room.

Netty is an exceptional host. The rest of the staff are accommodating and very kind. The bungalows/rooms are beautiful and spacious with cheerful and cozy decor. Just a minute’s walk to the beach. The restaurant has delicious food serving breakfast, lunch & dinner. I especially loved the tuna steaks, green beans, and lemonade.

Loved the location on the beach. The breakfast was really good and they brought it out to my cabin because there was a large group staying and they were all at breakfast. The cabin was large and nice and loved the porch to sit on.

Bed was hard as most are in Indonesia.

Beautiful resort right on the beach with its on pool. We had a private room with a double bed and mosquito net and a lovely bathroom. We are travelling so it was nice to have a bit of luxury at an affordable price! The staff were very kind and made us feel right at home. You get a delicious breakfast included and then you can order lunch and dinner from the restaurant. The food is very good and reasonably priced.

We loved the beach, but some are disappointed that it isn't white sand. Expect a few stones and rocks as you can't see this from the photos. As you are 7km out of town it is quite difficult to find other options for food.

We have stayed here before. We got nearly the same ‘bungalow’. Comfy and clean. Rina, accommodation manager, went out of his way, to help us with a snorkelling trip, motorbike hire and transport to our next hotel accommodation. Breakfast filled us up, we also ate our dinner there, as a little bit far, into town. Good choice of food though. Lovely deco in their restaurant and good pool. Very accommodating

Rustic but well-kept. very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food good, limited drinks. it’s a very small place right on the beach. Not at all fancy but very clean,air conditioning worked and bed was comfortable. could only stay one night, would have enjoyed more.

Outside needs some sprucing up which I assume will come as they recover from Covid shut down. Nice property, simple. nothing fancy

Booked for my mother and she loved it. Bit more senior friendly and the staff were very helpful. Nice pool and beautiful grounds, right on the beach.

This resort is fantastic, and exceptional value for money. The rooms and food are great and the staff are fantastic. This was my third visit to Maumere / Flores and we will definitely be staying at Budi Sun again when we return.
