Pillows were nice and we could easily get more! The room was reasonably spacious and well-planned. We had breakfast one day: the Japanese one was nice; the fish was cooked perfectly - thank you. The staff were friendly and helpful on check-in and throughout. Near the station so a reasonable number of restaurants nearby.

TV - too small and hard to watch from bed. Not a biggie but we were there 2 days and watched a movie late one evening. Parking was strange. We brought our car and they charged us first night and then the next. It'd be good to get charged all at once! (May have been my misunderstanding).

Walking distance to the JR station and you’ll get a good and clean hotel. Quiet place during the night and offering a delicious breakfast with Japanese or Western option. Also a small buffet is included (rice, curry, joghurt, etc). Also has a small public bath to relax after the day.

The staff on check-in were friendly and we felt welcome. The room was nice and well appointed; the layout was easy for storing luggage and . The free breakfast was serviceable. It was nice we could pick up extra pillows. The location is close to the station so convenient.

The TV was small (I didn't watch it but if I had wanted to watch a movie, this wouldn't have been great).

Amazing Hotel. The rooms are quite big (taking into account the Japanese standard). Staff very nice, they also provide you with different amenities that you might need (body wash, toothpaste, sponge, etc). The onsen was super cool and relaxing. Very close to the station. The breakfast was simple but very good 😊 (see picture). Definitely coming Back!

For me, the mattress was too hard and the cushions were quite uncomfortable. ( Those who like hard mattresses won't complain, my partner loves them and he slept well on it).

Hotel is a short walk from Izumo station from where the buses for Izumi Shrine depart. Hotel staff were very helpful, the room was well appointed and the breakfast is excellent. They even have a selection of pillows available to take.

Convenient location close to Izumo train station. Breakfast was simple and delicious. The room was clean and well maintained. Staffs were nice and friendly.

Based on the time of reservation,there was a substantial price difference. If I made reservation on check-in day, I could have saved about 30%.

Japanese breakfast was better than the European breakfast - both were basic but tasty enough. You had a free choice from the buffet after the basic breakfast was served to you, which was better value. Rooms were a good size, and with everything you need in them. Clean, comfortable beds, and attractive décor as well. Overall a good experience. Location is good - not in the absolute center of Izumo, but a lot of neighborhood restaurants in the streets around the hotel. For a twin room the price was good value, especially for the quality of the hotel.

Onsen hours were good, in fact better than most hotels, but we didn't understand why the outside one was closed for so many hours and so early, as this in the hot weather was more desirable than the inside one. However the inside one had good ventilation, and the air was kept cool, which was very good. Car parking was fairly minimal, although we did get one on the sidewalk across the road from the hotel (I assume still hotel parking).

Modern, well equipped Hotel with a green touch close to the train station. The hotel personnel was very helpful and friendly.

Near convenience stores and station Facilities are great and the staff is very supportive

Beds are a bit small for a tall person

Room size was quite generous by Japanese standard. There was an onsen. Location close to shopping street, convenience store and famous soba restaurant.
