Spacious comfortable room and beds, clean, well organized and decorated with respect to historical and cultural elements without overusing them. Great restaurant with delicious food, also rich breakfast. Child friendly attitude of the people but also facilities such as table games, playground outside, spacious restaurant, quite surrounding with full of nature and trails… Already our second time here and we will come back.

Location was just perfect! Next to the forest and pretty quiet! Spacious rooms with nice view to the forest. The street in the front was with not much traffic, so there was no noise other the the restaurant below and the nature! There is a lot of parking space. The breakfast was very good, there were option for every taste!

What I did not like is the lack of mini fridge in the room. With temperatures of close to 30 degrees Celsius, some cool water was needed. In addition, there was a wedding taking place at the ground floor of the hotel when I stayed there and there was music till late at nigt. I was traveling with friends who had a baby and they had to go downstairs to ask for the music to be lowered (close to midnight). Other than that, all was perfect!

Perfect location for hiking, beautiful beer garden with an excellent restaurant, nice renovated rooms with gazing, peaceful and serene setting, very personal and warm feeling from the family owned and managed hotel.

The breakfast was nice and plentiful. It is highly recommended if you like German breakfast.

The place is quite remote and you need to have a car to get around.

The location of the hotel is something top to notice. It is perfect for the hikers, bikers and walkers where you can find many many possibilities to be in nature and also the staffs are friendly.

The rooms in first floor didn’t had separate balcony so there is some privacy issue. Also it is a bit too pricy in its category.

Beautiful location in the middle of the countryside with lots of walking routes on the doorstep. Spotlessly clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Lovely breakfast.

Landhotel Kuralpe Kreuzhof's location's advantage is that it is remote and offers a great retreat from any type of urban, suburban, or even just village bustle. With a full restaurant available, there is no need to venture beyond but for enjoying its location by venturing onto hikes or runs into the surrounding Odenwald. Even the unique "Felsenmeer" is only a short hike away. Accordingly, the drive to it is very scenic on sometimes curvy roads which I enjoy while others may think differently. The food is great with very local dinner options for those who want to more fully immerse themselves into where they are. The remoteness is relative with Heidelberg, Mannheim, Darmstadt, and Frankfurt relatively easy to reach. Excursions to the Rhein-Main valley's wine regions would make nice day trips, and during Asparagus season there are plenty of culinary opportunities nearby, as well --and most likely available in their restaurant, too.

WiFi could be better. I stayed only one night due to time constraints so this was OK with me, one more excuse not to suffer from being too well-connected.

Beautiful natural setting, nice playground for kids, delicious food!
