Quite nice room. A spacious room as well as the bathroom. Immaculate clean. Very good view to the city and harbour. A normal breakfast. A quiet hotel.

When we booked the room there was no info at all about the reception being closed! When we came -about 19:00- there was no one at the reception, the hotel doors were closed. We called the hotel and then someone gave us the instructions how to get the room keys. The day after it was said at the reception that, after booking, they had send us an sms (with the instructions) which we never received.

We stayed in the main part of the hotel, which used to be a shipping office. The room was big with lots of windows and natural light (but just looked over buildings). Furnishings were in an older style, more in keeping with the 'shipping office' feel. There are many maps, photos and models of ships around the hotel.

Whilst there was a good selection of options for breakfast the cooked food wasn't very warm. There was also no lift to the room we stayed in (not a particular problem for us)

Nice location in center of town. Parking just in front of the hotel. Our family room was really large. First a room with desk, two chairs and storage. Then another large room with the three beds. You could feel the shipping historia of the hotel. Very good breakfast and the hot dishes were hot, not many hotels manage that. We had a good dinner at the hotel.

We spontaneously decided to leave earlier during our stay. The staff was very eager to provide us with the full service anyway and prepared very tasty breakfast boxes for us out of turn the night before. The restaurant is super awesome and the hotel as an old shipping building is pretty cool.

Very nice hotel! Great breakfast, clean, comfortable and everything in place :) I really liked the topic (vessels) of the interior decorations! Haven't met anyone from the reception, but I hope to be able to learn something about the area from someone in the hotel during my next visit! Thank you and all the best! :)

since it’s winter, there is not much to do around restaurant was closed as well.

Really beautiful hotel with a historic maritime feel and decor. Large, modern room with nice bathroom. Free parking overnight outside the entrance, and 1min walk down to the water. Breakfast was good, and we also at dinner there which was fantastic. We also had a partial sea view which was nice.

No elevator, so going up two levels could be an issue with heavier bags. Otherwise everything was fine :)

Pretty good restaurant. Central Farsund location. Good that they kept all the original shipping office parafernalia and style. Very clean place and pleasant staff.

I had anticipated something completely different from the photos. The exterior ones feature a building that was purchased later and is a small part of the hotel.

What a great hospitality!
