Charming countryside house in lovely location in the middle of fields and flowers. The host is very friendly and is available for questions and advice on things to do, if needed. The property is convenient location to visit the area: Sacro Speco, Fossanova, Casamari, Sperlonga, Garden of Ninfa, etc. Good breakfast. Room was clean and quiet. Private parking is just outside the property.

The last 2km of road to access the property are not ideal as the road is narrow (space only for one vehicle at a time) and it's a rough road in bad conditions. Our room could be inconvenient for tall people because of the slanted ceilings in the room and in the bathroom.

When we arrived, there was an amazing smell from the kitchen; they were preparing a traditional recepy. They did their best to serve the dinner for us and this was so amazing! So: skip another restaurant, you have to eat here at the accomodation. The staff is amazing too. The waitress was really kind and helpfull (compliments for your service). The room (we had the top appartment) felt like a fairy tale (like you are a king or princess). It is very large and well decorated. We stayed only one night, but it was perfect. I felt privellaged.

The only thing i can think of is that you have to shower in the bath. As a longer person (1,85m) this was difficult. Most Italian people are more short, so I had to be creative...

The house is beautiful and elegant and in a very peaceful, pleasant location. There was some confusion about the location and check in, but that was quickly resolved. Don’t miss a visit to the nearby hilltop village of Patrica.

As others have commented, the breakfast is largely sweets with optional egg dishes at extra charge. It was a nice convenience to have dinner available on site, given the rural location, but it was just OK.

A little of the beaten path and booking has horrible maps, that's the bad stuff every minute from arrival to departure was excellent. I can't think of any way to improve. Hospitality first class, the estate is gorgeous inside and out. Cleanest place in all of Italy, 10 stars!

What an nice experience we had! we all love the place. The house is lovely and stylist. Host was extremely nice, not only provide the lovely breakfest, but cooked home style dinner as well (for fee of course, see pic), highly recommend.

A gorgeous peaceful location surrounded by fields and mountains. A warm welcome from Egi and her staff. Great food cooked by them in a beautiful, traditional house. Breakfast was typically Italian and sweet, but Egi cooked me scrambled eggs on request. Nothing was too much trouble.

Loved the off-the-beaten-path location and the beautifully restored building. Though in the country, it was only a short drive from the freeway between Rome and Naples. The hostess has created a haven and welcomes you in like family, even providing a late-night meal for us with no prior notice. Our stay was lovely!

The hotel is in a very nice old building. It's very clean. The yard is very beautiful. It's in the middle of nature. The host is nice and welcome person.

The breakfast contains only bread with gem and some cookies. One boiled or fried egg would make the difference.

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful home. The house is very tastefully decorated and clean. The views from the home were beautiful. We enjoyed walking around the property as the grounds were amazing. The bed was very comfortable. We were served a fabulous dinner and breakfast the next morning was very good also.

We liked everything

For a contiental breakfast the choices were very good with coffee readily available. The staff cannot be faulted, very attentive at all times. Dinner was freshly cooked and the ambience perfect.

the only drawback was actually trying to locate the premises as it is situated along a country track.
