Rooms are very tidy and clean, our request for a second blanket was asap taken care of and we felt welcomed. Breakfast was plenty with a good variation.

I wish the hotel would do something against the sunbed reservations. We stayed for nine days and a lot of days sunbeds were reserved before breakfast time and people were not returning before late afternoon… my expectation would be that the staff would realize and take away the towels (even with people leaving because they were thinking there’s no sunbeds left).

We had a great stay. Lovely receptionist and waiters. Breakfast was nice. Warm water Pool/Sauna was for free from 10am to 7pm. One min walk from the hotel there are some bars/restaurants and an interesting plattform with beautiful view on Garda See. I saw an ice cream salon beside the platform, in summer should be great to spend some time there. 1,5km from hotel there is a ruin of a fortress. You could go by car, but we decided to take a walk. We recommend and hope we can return soon.

The area was nice, some bar / restaurants nearby. Hotel really clean. Room was spaceful with balcony. Breakfast was amazing, however coffee was a bit dissapointing. The bar has really nice cocktails.

The lock from the room door was loose, so you had to pay attention to close it properly. ( probably a specific issuefor our room). The inside pool was almost unusable, because it was very hot in the pool area. The „gym“ is made out of 3-4 machines and it‘s next to the pool and spa/ massage area. It is not a separate room, not properly ventilated either, plus they do not allow you to use it while they have clients for massages. We were offered pool towels, but nobody informed us that there is charge for changing with clean ones.

The room was very good. We had an upgrade to a superior room, a bit bigger and in front of the swimming pool. This was excellent located to immediately enjoy the pool/garden view, be close to the action and get a drink to enjoy at our terrace. The terrace had the afternoon/evening sun which was great to enjoy after a day excursion and when doing a late afternoon swim. We had some issues when renting the electrical bike and how we were treated by some staff members, but the owner! herself intervened. We got a private conversation (Thanks Louisa 🙏🏻) and received apologies and some compensation. This is a sign of great care for your customers which we appreciated al lot. The location of the hotel is the best feature. Manerba (Montinelle area) is fantastic. Next door to the hotel there is a wonderful nature parc. Do explore and find the chapel with amazing view, Secret beaches, a hiking walk on the cliffs (again great views), an ancient olive garden trail, a scary climb to the rock of manerba (for expert hikers only), walk to the beach of Pisenze, ... The town has great restaurants (recommended to reserve, lively atmosphere with on some days live music entertainment. Center square with views on the surroundings and terraces with views on the lake, ... The hotel also had every Wednesday (in summer) free music entertainment with option to eat in front of the mini stage. The quality of the music groups was surprisingly good... We did many excursions around the lake. A tip is to rent a Vespa and drive around the entire lake, visits to specific lake villages like Sirmione, Bardolino, Pescheria, ... are very nice. We also visited Parma and Verona. Specifically Verona is nice with lot's of things to see and visit.

The breakfast offered many options even a glass of good prosecco, but after 2 weeks with practically the same menu we would have been happy with some change of menu. ALso for a 4 star hotel the presentation and quality could be improved by doing some simple changes. By a new decent chafing disk to improve presentation, cut your fruits a bit smaller and change 1 or 2 of the options every 2/3 days. But the breakfast was included and certainly offered value for money.

It was a great stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful with so many things to see and do. The pool is great and so was the food with live music performances on some days. Recommend for everyone.

Wonderful location, pool and food at this hotel. Staff were lovely and friendly, helpful and all understood English but were happy to help us try a little Italian. Variety and quality of food at this hotel was amazing.

More control over air-conditioning would have been nicer, but only a tiny inconvenience to contact Reception if needed.

Everything was perfect! The drinks at the Bar, amazing food and options at the restaurant and swimming pool! The owners were very friendly towards us and loved our dog so much. It was a perfect stay for the week!

Our stay was really wonderful. Starting from very nice and professional staff followed by beautiful hotel and room. The atmosphere was really exceptional and I would definitely return back. Thank you very much for such an experience and continue jour excellent job. :)
