This small cozy hotel was such a nice surprise. The staff is super friendly and make you feel so welcome. Travelling as a woman alone, each evening was welcomed with a lovely hug from the hostess and a friendly chat asking about my day. And the lady at breakfast is also such a sweetheart. This personal touch you will never find at the big hotel chains. Those might be fancier, but have no personality like this place

The rooms could use an update

The location was super, the view onto the river was great. Although the room was small we could fit our dog‘s blanket under the desk. The breakfast was sufficient. the check-in and check-out staff was good. the lady attending to the breakfast was very attentive, professional and friendly.

Loved the look of the hotel. Great location, easy to find straight off the ferry. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Some quirky bits, but that did add to the character. A few slightly broken curtains but apart from that, can’t complain.

The staff were superb, breakfast basic but acceptable, great location. All in all a wonderful few days.

Hotel corridors and carpet a little shabby and carpet torn, however room was perfect and good value for money.

It was within walking distance from the station, situated directly at the harbour. The staff were all very helpful and the restaurant within the hotel was great. We had a delicious meal there.

There was no lift

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The food was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay, and we'll be back next year.

It was clean, good staf, good location

There was not clothes closet in the room.

Nice location near the Weser river, friendly staff and free parking.

Everything looks rather old and outdated. This is not really a problem in itself, but I think the hotel is quite expensive for the comfort you get in return
