The position of the hotel is very helpful, being situated near the central train station (as we travelled by train in and out of Bremen). The front desk personnel was very nice and helpful, solving our problems one way or another. Very good breakfast, with plenty of options. We've got a big enough and clean room, well protected from the outside noises. The safe inside the room came in very handy for keeping our valuables safe while sightseeing. The bed's mattress was really good for keeping our backs in a right position while sleeping.

Well, the position of the hotel is both its advantage and its disadvantage, as the area around the train station is very 'colourful', in terms of who's wandering around - be careful there especially at night. There is a lot of police in the area, but it seemed a little overwhelmed to me. I travelled to Bremen 19 years ago for my work, and I can say that it didn't change in a good way, even if there is plenty to see in town.

Good, good coffee from the machine, very tasty bread, as well as butter and yogurt. The usual problem in Germany, the fruits are sweetened. They could have an option of normal fruits. Great location, next to the train station. Good bed, good shower.

There should be an option of fruit without added sugar for breakfast, the towels could be a little better. The attendants were sometimes not at reception, which made service difficult, especially at check-in.

The hotel is centrally located at the main railway station. The room was practically functional and had everything you need for a short stay. Good for larger groups and travellers passing through. Friendly staff at check-in.

Unfortunately, there was no longer a minibar in the room. The minibars have been removed from all rooms on the grounds that they want to be more sustainable. Medication or similar products can be left at reception to be cooled in a separate fridge. Less practical if you are already in bed and can't call reception as there are no phones in the room. My mobile phone wasn't working. There was no solution. Many homeless people and people in need of help stay in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Less ideal for families with children.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the Bremen central station. It is also within a few minutes walk from the old town and the city centre, and has also buses and trams that go everywhere in the city right across from the main entrance. The staff were great, always very nice, helpful and respectful. The room was big, spacious and with everything needed for a good stay there. The breakfast was very good and plentiful as well.

The only downside to this hotel are the pillows, which are so thin and uncomfortable that they are basically non-existent, making sleeping quite difficult and uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Superb breakfast, great location (next to the main station), confortable room, good value for money.

While I didn't face any stressful situation, the neighborhood didn't seem super safe at night: it certainly has it share of homeless people, beggars or drug dealers (at times loud if the room window was open). The main station, nearby, had policemen at all times, the streets not so much. I didn't feel much confidence in walking around at late hours.

The comfort and convenience. The staff was relaxed and very kind. The rooms were very good value for money. The room temperature was excellent: not cold, not too hot. The mattress was quite comfortable. I slept well.

Little that the hotel can do about. The hotel is located at the main train station in Bremen. It is a problem area because there are lots of homeless people, as well as drunks and junkies around. I did not sense danger. All of those people were relatively well behaved and the police controls the area well, but it is somewhat unpleasant. Then, there is the problem of lack of hotel parking. One can go to nearby parking lots, with very decent daily rates. The problem is that the area is quite seedy around the parking lots and one is somewhat put off. As it turned out, and because I know the city, I chose to park my car in a calm neighborhood, a few km. away, where, exceptionally, no resident permit was required and where there were no meters.

A good room close to the station and easy walk to the City centre. Pleasant view from room.

Breakfast is expensive but there are plenty of good value alternatives in the adjacent rail station. We do not use hotel bars but notices in the lifts showed that the hotel bar was rarely (if ever) open. Daily room cleaning is not automatic but a brief word with reception secures it. InterCity once provided guests with a ticket for local buses and trams. This is now restricted to members of their regular customer schemes.

Staff were very good! Location is very good next to main or central train station. Close to the pubs, restaurants, shops and parks. Very nice lounge area serving cocktails and food in the lobby area. The attendant was very nice and friendly

Sometimes saw vulnerable or drug addicts loitering near the train and bus station. Nobody at fault just an observation

Amazing staff, clean, very very good breakfast. Good location - close to everything you need. Fruits and snacks were very welcome (I didn’t expect to serve fresh fruits and water at the lobby/reception Even it is close to train station because of the high quality isolation you hear nothing.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the city centre. The rooms are clean but slightly worn, especially the bathroom. It is dog-friendly and the staff were friendly. The rooms are quiet considering the proximity to the train station.

Parking is a bit of a challenge but you can park at an affordable price on the large parking lot behind the train station.
