I like how easy it was to check-in/out, the fact that everything was accessible, the warmth of the place, the fairly confortable bed, the lights near the bed, the spacious bathroom, the space to place the suitcase, the cleanliness, the quietness in spite of being really close to the station and not far from the city center. The staff was really nice as well and helped me leave the luggage there until my train was about to leave the last day.

I'd suggest sockets near the bed (although that's not a problem if you got a fast charger and a long cable with you..). I'd love more natural light in the room: the balcony was great, but February is still cold to have the window open all the time, and it was not possible to temporarily remove the blinds... it would be great to be able to do that.

It was clean and very close to the city centre/old town. The staff were very nice.

Very loud sounds of closing doors from the corridor. It was annoying, especially in the evening. Also, the bathroom wall is very see through - might make you uncomfortable. The door is also made of glass and doesn’t go all the way up and to the sides, so you can also hear everything. Again, rather uncomfortable.

The curtain was broken and sagging on one side. The glass in the shower became transparent when the light was on. Plus, the walls didn’t go all the way to the ceiling, so there was no soundproofing. Considering the room is designed for 3-4 people, it was uncomfortable for us

The area around the hotel wasn’t very nice, but for us it didn’t matter much since we were only there for one night. Glass walls in the bathroom facing the room, so no privacy.

Stayed here as an overnight stop on a family trip further into Germany. We were driving and it was easy enough to locate and work out where the car park was. After 5 hours on the road it was nice to receive a warm welcome and efficient check in. Select Hotel is located in a neighbourhood just outside the centre but easy walk in to the old town. Plenty of options for food and drinks in the local area if you didn't want to walk in. We had the comfort apartment for 4 people, which was more than big enough for us and would have been enough for a few days. Apartment was very clean with all the items you'd expect in hotel, comfortable beds and everything in good working order. Breakfast the next morning was great, more than enough options for the entire family.

Only problem we encountered was that the rain dripping from the living area window was hitting the window sill during the night and was quite noisy. The rain was fairly heavy so might not be an issue if rain is only light. I managed to muffle it by using a handtowel placed outside on the window sill. The kids stayed in the bedroom and didn't have the same problem so it is just that one window.

The hotel is very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is helpful and professional. The breakfast is very good with variety of choices-nothing was missing even for the fastidious people. The lady responsible for the breakfast was so clean and quick with her duties, we were impressed. The parking is behind the hotel and has to be paid.

Very conveniently situated next to the main station this hotel is ideal for a rail passenger (if you can afford it!). The hotel chain offers a high standard of service delivered in an efficient manner. The room that I occupied was quiet and spacious and there was a good selection of food in the breakfast room.

I stayed for three nights and there was a complimentary bottle of water in the room when I arrived. Once consumed it was not replaced each day! However, to be fair, ingredients for making hot drinks were replenished daily. One slightly strange aspect was that if I wished to earn a €5 voucher to spend at the bar I could arrange for the room not to be cleaned that day. Odd; I know we all have to help the planet but this seemed somewhat incongruous.

There was something wrong with the plumbing (in the whole hotel), that the water was extremely hot not even able to take a shower, and it was not solving during the day.

Hotel well equipped, clean, good value for money. Rich breakfast, parking in the yard (advance booking recommended). Heating / air condition ok, comfortable beds.

Nothing to complain so much. Be aware that the hotel is located near to the train station, so that you have to count with meeting some kind of people you really wouldn' like to see at all. But: this is not the fault of the hotel at all, but the problem of the location itself.
