Great location. Easy check-in and check-out process. The cupboard on the ground floor, which contained all the essentials, was a pleasant surprise I hadn’t experienced before. I especially liked that the coffee capsules were provided – I didn’t have to search for them around the city.

Waste sorting took place only on the ground floor, but the bins there were too small for the entire apartment building's waste. The trash bags in the rooms filled up within a day, as they were also small. Organizing waste removal through the support team turned out to be time-consuming and complicated. When trying to contact the accommodation, all conversations were handled by a virtual assistant, which kept crashing as it couldn't understand your question or problem, constantly requiring you to be re-identified.

The aparthotel is in a good part of town, close to all the tourist areas and a walking distance from the Hauptbahnhof. Communication with the hotel was mainly through WhatsApp, but that was easy, and I got quick responses. The room was spacious, and they provided a wide range of amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and so were the pillows. The shower was clean. They even provided olive oil for the kitchen, which was a nice thought.

The fact that there was only one iron and an ironing board in the whole building. I could not iron my shirt because the iron was gone by the time I wanted to use it. Each room should come with an iron because of people who might be travelling for work meetings.

Great value for money. Really appreciated the in-room coffee and tea. Also appreciated the cupboard downstairs with all the essentials, and the quiet fridge.

Had trouble finding the entrance at first (it wasn’t marked on the map), and couldn’t get in that evening because the doors were broken. Also, all the information was sent to me in Italian, and I couldn’t change it. I live in Italy, but that doesn’t mean Italian is my native language. Watch out — unless you close the door with some effort, it won’t fully shut.

It was an amazing stay! This is a super-modern hotel with a great online support. We loved the design and location - it is just 5-7 min from the central sightseeings, surrounded by cafes and shops. It has a great kitchenette (kettle, microwave, capsule coffee and tea, salt/pepper/oil, pots and a small stove) and really great shower supplies (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion). It was crystal clean, with nice linen and cosy room design. Despite it is located in the very historical center, it was very quiet, we had a good sleep (thanks to blackout curtains as well). The window is huge - we had plenty of natural light in the room. It is very accessible - elevators, no steps, so will be perfect for family with small kids with strollers or people with special needs. It is pet-friendly as well! We LOVED digital access - no keys, just a unique pin -code, that gives you access to the entrance and your room. Super convenient when you travel with family, you are not dependent on the person who has the key. It has also additional services that we didn't use - laundry, late check-out, baggage storage.

I had challenges during online checkin - my documents didn't scan well, so i had to try multiple times (with passport/ID) and aske for help from the digital support team. However it was a minor issue, and it was resolved. I can only recommend this hotel , we will definitely be back! <3

This aparthotel is superb and exceeded our expectations! The location could not have been more central and the value for money for the apartment was exceptional. It met our every need and then some with all facilities being catered for! It's a little strange having no physical reception, if you're using this for the first time, but the communication through Numa was superb. We received the code first thing in the morning, and this allowed us also to access the lockers to leave our luggage prior to our room being ready.

The lighting in the apartment was a little dim, but other than that I really couldn't fault it.

Nicely located in the centre of Bremen, just a short walk from many of the sights, and with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The room was nicely equipped, with extremely comfortable bedding and a nice little kitchen. Good tea selection on offer. . Breakfast is at a café a short walk down the street. The range of things on offer is very good, and there's plenty of it.

Some of the information was a bit confusing, e.g. I had paid for breakfast, but once I checked in, they offered me to upgrade to get breakfast. Everything is online so I had a bit of a silly WhatsApp chat, which took about half an hour, to sort out and clarify what should be a very simple thing. (They did resolve it and were friendly.)

We really enjoyed the location, the size and design of the room, bed and pillows are very comfy, and the bathroom well thought through and big! Also coffee and tea were provided in the room, both very tasty! Check-in and -out were easy and we will definitely stay there again next time!

The thing i didn't like is only one blanket on the bed, but i guess it could have been organized differently if i would ask. Also, our windows were facing the square, and in one of the places they had the goods delivery at 6am every morning, was pretty loud, but again, with the window closed it's fine, also the ear plugs are provided in the room.

Good location. Nice and quiet despite building work next door. Well equipped apartment, comfortable, spacious. PIN code entry works well and better than using a key.

Too many spurious messages from Numa - auto-generated. Poor communication via robot WhatsApp. I was delayed by a day and notified them via WhatsApp, which seemed to work. Then I had an impolite email saying I was a no show and my booking would be cancelled. Considering that you prepay the entire amount, it should be up to me when I arrive! Also a threatening notice in the kitchen area that if you set the smoke alarm off you may be charged 2500 euro! If this is a problem they should use a heat detector, not a smoke alarm.

Spacious apartment with everything you need. Online check in was smooth. And using the same code for all doors you encounter was very convenient. We reached early and made use of the free luggage lockers on the ground floor. We were informed on WhatsApp as soon as the room was ready, which was earlier than check in time. The room was very clean. Bathroom was spacious. I like that one side of the room was windows, so it had lots of natural light. I also liked that there were some essentials like tea, coffee, oil, salt, pepper, sagar to get started so that you don't have to buy them. We didn't cook this time but it was still nice to see it provided. Breakfast is at the espresso house coffee shop around 4 min walk away. You get to pick 2 food items and one drink. It was tasty and enough for us. Overall we loved the apartments and would visit again.

The room is very large and comfortable for 3 people. The bathroom is nice. The location is very convenient, close to city center. It is only 2 min walk from Marktplatz. Check in & check out is so easy ! The bed is very comfortable. There was coffee and tea also wine glasses so you can chill and drink wine in the room! If you include breakfast do not expect a regular breakfast. You can only grab a sandwich and coffee at the Espresso House. Espresso House is very famous cafe, and the coffee is so delicious, sandwiches are also delicious, but there is no omelette.

No cleaning provided. If you stay more than 7 days, the cleaning is provided after 7 days. There is extra fee, if you ask cleaning until then. I expected the garbage to be taken out at least. The communication goes through whats app, but It is virtual assistant, and it does not provide any guidance, the asistant does not understand English. I expected a real person to assist on whats app.
