Location on the main square was excellent. The personalised rooms were very tasteful. The availability of late breakfast time really helps. Staff were very friendly. In particular Senka kindly showed us around some other rooms and we are interested in coming back for example the opera room and the suite. We also loved the room 22 pineapple room, that we were staying in.

Downstairs, there is no common area, or hotel lobby. Only the café itself. We understand this is because the hotel has grown from the restaurant downstairs. Also that some future expansion is planned, which will be great to see. One small point is lack of complimentary bottles of water in the room that would be a good thing to supply.

This is the best location. The staff is great. Responsive, smiling, friendly. All are great professionals. The rooms are welcoming, comfortable and cozy. I liked that there is no breakfast obligation in the price. The hotel has a bistro/restaurant at street level. If you feel like having breakfast, you go down and order whatever you want. Only coffee, only apple strudel, you can choose from several breakfast sets and pay for what you have consumed. Everything is OK. Attaching photos.

I didn't like the aggressive groups of people, they shouted, pushed each other and other things that appeared after dark in the square and surrounding streets. During the night. They were speaking in a different language that I didn't understand. Everything else was OK. You just have to be careful in the dark.

Location right on the main Marktplatz (plaza) above a café and feels like a secret hideaway. So well run - the café did a superlative breakfast. Our room was lovely and comfortable and such a value!! Great for a family - the sofa bed in our room was separated with a (glass) door for (some) privacy. Honestly can’t recommend this place more.

Slippery shower floor, be sure to put down a mat!

The cafe where you can have breakfast was expensive but very delicious. Beds are not that comfortable, because there was no queen bed but two twin bed is available and there was a big mattress/cushion on the bed which was slipping while sleeping at the night.

Sanka (sp?) at the front desk was great. She is so friendly and warm. Made us feel very welcomed. If my company was in Bremen I would hire her away from the hotel. Just excellent.

Staff were very nice and helpful - I am a pumping mom travelling alone (but met friends travelling to Bremen too) for the first time and needed to freeze my BM. They helped me with that. Also, we went out of Bremen for one night, and came back the next day and needed a place to put our luggage until we left for our flight. They remembered us and let us leave our luggage at reception. Location was also unbeatable - perfect for exploring Schnoor and the market square!

Room could do with a blackout blind, but otherwise it was really great - I had air conditioning, bathroom was big and clean, bed was comfy!

The location is amazing, right in the middle of the old town. There are several bus stops close by, lots of shops and restaurants very close and the main touristic attractions are right on your doorstep! From the airport or the train station, just take tram 6, sit and walk 200m to reach the hotel.

Checking in was very uncomplicated, but the checkout can "officially" not be before 8am. If you need to leave earlier, you have to make sure you've paid your room the day before and if nobody is in the restaurant yet, most probably arrange how to give the keys back.

Ideally located to explore the city being right in the heart of the Old Market Square. The rooms were nicely themed differently. The staff were friendly and helpful. Being part of the cafe, the breakfast was excellent and so were the cakes.

There was not communal lounge/meeting area.

Very central location - parking available vey close by. Staff very helpful although we were late checking in due to hold ups. Plenty of breakfast options in the attached cafe/restaurant. Well designed rooms with surprising amount of space.
