The location is superb with lots of public transportation around. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The kitchen is tiny and not very well equipped, but it was good enough to have breakfast. The room is modern with a comfortable large bed and it was quiet at night. Housekeeping was a hit and miss.

There is a nice swimming pool in the lower level with comfortable seating lounges. The sauna would be great if the guests using it would know what to do. For example, kids playing around inside or other guests with completely wet bathing suits making the whole place wet inside. There isn't an appropriate relax area for sauna users because it is kept warm for the swimming pool guests.

The hotel is jusy besides the river, which is convenient to take a stroll anytime along the riverside. The room is very clean, comfortable and stylish, and it is well equipped with almost every item you need when staying: aromatic toiletries, bathrobes, comfy pillows and covers, etc. I arrived here without my luggage, which was left in the airport by the airline. I was a bit upset then while the room totally lifted my spirits. The reception is very friendly and nice too. Last but not least, there is a swing at the entrance. It is pretty restful to sit on it and swing for the whole afternoon.

It's a shame that there is no utensils for making tea in the room.

The room was excellent, as was the hotel. It was super clean and spacious, while the bed was very comfortable. I liked the separate shower and wc, which allowed both of us to use the bathroom at the same time. The hotel was very modern, the staff really friendly and breakfast quite good (especially the granola). We were upgraded to a river view as our room had an issue. It was also in a very good area to explore the old town. The private parking is down the road and underground, which was excellent and secure. A charge is payable but worth it (all the area around the hotel has 24 hour charged parking) I would definitely stay again, and hopefully for longer to explore Bremen.

Breakfast was highlighted on the Booking.com website as £18 per person but we were charged on an al a carte manner as the App did not confirm the website details. The hotel should have some consistency on these points, as should Booking.com across its platforms. My dog was made very welcome, and while the charge of 50 euro was steep, it was worth it to stay in a great hotel. The only downside on the room was the very heavy duvet in the summer, which not even the air conditioning could resolve.

Had a great time in Bremen and Nena was definitely part of that. My room was cozy with a beautiful view and comfortable bed. The place is clean, the staff is helpful and nice. The pool had ambient lights and a relaxing atmosphere, it was an experience in itself that made our trip even more fun.

The top of our wardrobe was dusty.

On arrival the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room (a suite with river view) was large and with a window seat that my wife fell in love with, watching the world go by. We didn't have time to use the spa which was a pity. There was a rear terrace downstairs with street-side seats (very comfortable) where we had a relaxing drink. As someone who is not a big breakfaster I was pleased to see the menu was a la carte, meaning I did not get charged a huge amount for a breakfast buffet when I didn't want much to eat. The walk to the centre of Bremen was via the river promenade, so very pleasant.

Frankly I don't think much could have been better. There was no evening meal in the restaurant, but that was fine - the front desk gave us a great recommendation (Q1).

Really good location with immediate access to city center, restaurants and tourists areas. Area feels safe, clean and romantic. I was impressed by the design of the room, there were always something new to notice every time i looked around. Devil is in the details :) Rain shower with no doors is sexy, unfortunately I was travelling alone this time. Toaletries are of good quality. Room was with own kitchen are, something that will make your morning very nice from the first minute. Underground garage with a car lift for 15euro is easy to find and access. But you cannot not park your Tesla Cybertrack or a Camper there, ok for smaller cars. Nice smell in the corridors, and very good light. All these will make you feel relaxed.

Very strange that there are rooms with no air condition in 4* hotel. It was very warm at night with closed windows, and many noisy pigeons if you open a window. No, it wasn't peaceful overnight, I felt tired next morning. Sauna closes at 10 p.m. I mean it is too early. Walking through a corridors you can hear people watching TV or speaking in other rooms. I mean you can recognize what they were saying! I could hear my neighbors even inside the room. TV in the room didn't work.

The location was nice, not far from the center. The room ambience was perfect. Really enjoyed the dressing room which made a whole difference for my long stay.

parking was about 200 meters far from the hotel and it was served by car lift, so it was rather time consuming. Not many plugs next to the bed. There are stairs even at the floor where the room is located, which makes it a bit difficult with heavy luggage. There was no porter service to help with the luggage.

I loved everything about this hotel. I stayed for two nights, and I could have stayed longer. From my first interaction to my last, all of the lovely employees were nothing but friendly and helpful. A particular shout out to Nora who was extremely helpful with recommendations, directions and telling me about the history of the artifacts around the hotel. The spa facilities are super and I had an amazing massage with Sonia. I was very relaxed afterwards 😌. Location wise, it's within walking distance of many beautiful attractions, lots of restaurants and places to have a drink and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere.

Great location with great views of the river! The hotel and rooms are beautifully designed! Very quiet and comfortable! Awesome pool and spa area too, perfect to relax after a long day! Would definitely stay here again!

Construction next door but windows are very good so I didn’t hear anything unless windows are open!

We enjoyed the fitness centre and the sauna and pool. The room was well equipped and the bed was comfortable.

There seemed to be a lot of things for purchase in the room - items for the kitchen and the like. This was a bit confusing, as some of the snacks seemed to be for purchase and some wasn't. It also made the room feel more cluttered than necessary.
