The rooms were lovely, the cleaners came in every single day to clean and make the beds, free toiletries and amazing shower Like the fact that tea,coffee and water was free 24/7

There were no English instructions for the coffee machine and no one to ask but we figured it out in the end Got seriously ripped off one night at the bar below one night,...kangaroo island, they charged us just under £140 euros for drinks that we didn't recieve so didn't drink there again after that

Location was on point and the staff we met were very friendly. Ear plugs supplied but to be honest there was not much noise and we were there on a Saturday night. Accommodation was light and spacious and had the best selection of tea bags I've ever seen.

The doors to the main entrance and flat we found difficult to get in at times and would often get stuck. Coffee would often be used with no beans for refilling the machine. No where to leave your luggage on departure if your flight is at night.

The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, the location was excellent as it overlooks the river promenade, (although i can imagine it might get a little noisy in the height of the summer months), but overall it was a super location. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast, it was fresh and more than adequate for my needs first thing in the morning.

The locking mechanism on the door when you enter the 3rd floor level was quite fidgety, but eventually it lets you unlock. Also, there are a few boxes as you walk up the stairs, which is a bit unsightly, otherwise the facilities were great.

Conveniently located just by the river, next to several bars and restaurants. Walking distance(ish) to central rail station and tram stop for the airport. Rooms are beautiful and the coffee/water station is welcomed. Super clean everywhere in the rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall good value.

My room faced the street which can have some noise - not a big issue on a Monday night and didn't need to use the earplus supplied. The stairs on the ground floor could benefit from wayfinding signs.

Great location, close to restaurants. Short walk to the city centre. Andrea made our stay wonderful, answering all our requests with a smile and making us feel very welcome.

As mentioned it can get a little noisy at night because you are above the restaurants, but we didn’t have any issues with this and once you close the windows the noise almost disappears. Thanks for the supplied ear plugs.

The room was comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, especially the shower. The coffee machine in the hallway was wonderful. We stayed during the week on the third floor so we could hear some street noise but never enough to bother us. Tip, make sure the windows are completely closed. One day we thought it was closed but it wasn't and we heard more noise. Good overall stay and nice staff. Location was excellent.

The only negative was the learning curve on the unique door locks. It took us a day to get used to them. They are the only reason I did not give a 10. Tip, if knob on the right side of door turn counter clockwise. If on the left, clockwise. Seems easy, but I found if I turned the wrong direction it was hard to reset. Maybe others are used to these, but we were not. Once you get it, it's easy.

unfortunately I left too early to take advantage of breakfast discount next door. Location by the River was pretty awesome, and easy to walk to old town.

I should have booked a room with river view. I was on the back so I had some trash/truck noise, but it wasn't actually a problem.

Apartmant is situated in the traditional building, newly renovated to high standarts. Location is simply the best. Directly on the Weser Promenade, all points of interest withing walking distance. Nice restaurant downstairs which offers 10% discount for guests. Many welcoming restaurants, pubs and beer gardens around. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the cafe nearby with 20% discount. Coffee and tea are provided by accomodation, which we really enjoyed after intesive sightseeing. We stayed during the week so no noise at night, beds were quite comfortable. Staff was very fiendly and supportive.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and welcoming ensuring you have everything you need for you stay. Great location, which lots of bars and restaurants close by. we also paid for a river view and it was definitely worth it at night, it was very pretty. Walking distance to all main attractions or access to public transport. It is around a 20 minute walk away from the train station, or you could use public transport or a taxi (around 10€).

This could be that I didn’t do enough research, of where the hotel was located, but there was a lot of bars and restaurants open late at night. The noise disturbed our sleep, but we have been provided with ear plugs, for obvious reasons. Unless this is something that doesn’t bother you, then this is a great location.

The room had a great view into the trees, Schlachte and the Weser. It was absolutely beautiful. The room was very nice and clean. There were free coffee/tea making facilities and water just outside the room. I loved it here and would come back. The Schlachte with its restaurants and bars are just outside which is great for meeting friends.
