We just stayed for one night, as a stopover from Belgium to Denmark. The place was exactly what we needed. It is easily accessible by car and we had no problem at all finding a parking space on the main street nearby. We stayed in room 1, on the groundfloor, which is very quiet and has a nice view on the gardens at the back of the house. The room was quite spacious, cosy and spotless clean, and the bed was super-comfortable. If you want to stretch your legs after driving all day, there's a footbridge just in front of the house that crosses the river Weser and provides for an easy, gentle walk in a green and peaceful environment. Highly recommended!

The double rooms we booked were well furnished and decorated. There was plenty of natural light. The owner communicated about the lock box ahead of time and it was easy to gain access to the units. We had booked each double room for 1 adult and 2 children, so they added a cot to each room for us. There is a great park and playground across the road that the kids loved. We also found parking on the street near the hotel.

Some of the messages from the owner through booking.com were confusing.

Very cosy place, amazing private terrace with a great view over green gardens and a big swing bench to relax, easy self check-in and a good eating area with cutlery, plates, cups, a microwave, water kettle and a fridge. The location is pleasant, very calm and close to the pretty river, and in good walking distance of the tram stop.

No secured luggage storage

I think the room where you can get your tea was very lovely the decoration worked well I really found the bed comfortable

I think the sink was weirdly placed in the bedroom but other than that I think it was great, It was worth the money

Super convenient to the stadium and trams. Great internet. Facilities were good, but a coffee make would not go amiss. Beds were awesome.

We shut a bedroom door with our stuff inside and then didn’t have the key to open it. Took more than an hour to contact someone. It was sorted but was very stressful waiting and wondering whether we would have access to the room overnight.

Comfortable and spacious room in a quiet residencial area with garden views. Tram stop nearby to go to the city center. Free parking on the street. We stayed one night only.

A bit too soft bed for out liking, but it was good for a.horter stay!

Free street parking and 1 minute to river park. Great location 4 minutes walk to tram stop and shopping mall. Small front garden and decent common space for eating.

Location was nice with a good connection to the center. The room was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was quick and convenient.

Some of the rooms had a shared bathroom. It wasn't an issue as it was always clean but sometimes you had to wait for someone else to finish.

Room was spacious and comfortable and host listened everything and provided everything which I requested.

Room was not very clean there were hair everywhere

Very good place to stay for families with kids. Very cozy streets and quiet place. Clean rooms with all facilities, even we had a small terrace from our room. Good transportation, 15 min to the center, very convenient.
