A largely wonderful stay. The only issue was that the first room we were given, the heating didn't work. These things happen but when I phoned reception a person was sent who came in the room and plugged in a small oil filled radiator. Then left. I had to go to reception, explain what had just happened and then they offered a new room, but offered no help to move despite the fact we'd unpacked and been there a while. Beyond that, everything else went well. After the initial issue, the staff were fantastic and the hotel delightful. The hotel has character (checkout the Atlantis room). The food is excellent.

Our accessible room was one of the best we've experienced in Europe. The bathroom had a true roll-in shower with a sturdy shower chair, reachable hooks, knee room under the sink, and truly useful and well-thought-out grab bars. Great breakfasts!

Two small things, also about accessibility: when an accessible room is cleaned, care must be taken to locate the shower head at a low height so it is reachable from the shower chair (NOT at the top!). And the rings on the shower curtain didn't work with the rod -- for anyone -- making it very hard to keep the water in the shower pan. Replace, please!

The hotel was only a block from the main square and the next street to Böttcherstraße, so excellent location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our Premier Room was a little disappointing with only one tiny window with no view, but otherwise the room was large and very comfortable. Tip: if you ask at reception and leave an ID card with photo, you can get a key to access the Himmelsaal of Atlantis House which the hotel manages. It’s a true architectural gem. Bike storage facilities were excellent, in a locked area in the underground carpark. There was a repair station and e-bike charging facilities.

A top notch hotel in the city centre of Bremen. Friendly staff, everything well maintained and clean. This also comes with a price because it isn't the cheapest hotel around but is was worth every cent and we would definitely come back. Tip! When travelling by car, park outside of the city at a P+R and travel to the city centre with public transport. It safes time, money and stress and the stop is only 150 meters away.

The staff in the restaurant and bar was understaffed. The waiting for service was way too long, ordering took over 20 min., getting the drinks 30 minutes and paying another 20 minutes. Staff however was very friendly and felt really sorry and even ashamed for the waiting times.

We received an upgrade upon arrival, which was a surprise and very appreciated. The breakfast while being a bit expensive was nevertheless very good. I loved that my parking was included in the price of the room (very nice) fantastic location in the heart of the city. My wife and I enjoyed wakling through the city and night and morning before we left. The bathroom was updated with a walk in shower and was very nice

The price of the breakfast was a bit expensive 56.00 Euro for two. Fortunately it was very tasty with a great selection.

Good location, clean and comfortable room, helpful staff. Parking underground and easy to locate. Good range of breakfast items if you do not have any dietary requirements for medical reasons

Could improve on gluten free options available for breakfast (I have Coeliac's), communication with hotel prior to arriving, said they could cater for gf diet but on the morning, it was not staightforward when asking staff (appreicate my german is very very limited!), I did recieve 2 slices of GF bread in total with a 15 min gap in between recieving the slices, there was some other items I could eat, most european Radison Blu hotels we have stayed in are more gearerd for dietary requirements and this was one of the rasons we chose this hotel for our stop.

The hotel is centrally located and provides a paid parking with direct access to the hotel. The double rooms were big and as we stayed only one night the atrium view didn’t bother us. I wouldn’t choose it for longer stay though - the windows don’t open and there is no fresh air.

I expected a bigger variety at breakfast and also a better quality of food for this type of hotel. As a foreigner who doesn’t speak German but English I felt discriminated. When I signalled a problem with the pancake maker to the staff they dismissed me with « ok, wait » and they never came back but when they were asked the same thing from a German speaking guest they responded immediately.

Modern hotel in a great location with all the conveniences, Great location- 1 block from marketplace & Town Hall, 5 min from Schnoor district, 3 tram stops from the main train station, and near Domsheid, a major tram connection stop. Large hotel, lots or rooms, a lobby with bar and restaurant. Good size room bathroom, great shower, lots of outlets for charging devices, comfy king bed, & small window that opened for fresh air. Good A/C and min fridge, but couldn't figure out the coffee maker. Good security as you needed to scan your room key to get on elevator. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location close to the City centre. Particularly convenient at Christmas for the Markets and Riverside walk. Very comfortable room, quiet with enough space for 2. Desk staff were helpful and friendly. Not so much the cleaning staff and restaurant managers. Good price for a City centre hotel.

A bit too far to walk to the main train station. Taxi was 12 Euros. Some of the staff treat it like their Hotel, with guests taking second place. Remionds me of England years ago.

Spacious rooms. Location is very central and makes all places accessible for a non local. Breakfast is always amazing with the variety given. The staff in the restaurant are amazing. Very friendly and helpful to foreigners. You can tell they are used to interacting with foreigners.

The beddings were so thin and I froze for the first 2 nights until we asked for extra covers. The cleaning barely happened - the beds were always made but nothing else e.g. cups used were not cleaned.
