Lena and Dominik were very helpful at our arrival, as we misunderstood the booking information and thought we had booked a room with kitchen for 5 nights. Even late in the evening a move to another apartment block was organised for a fair upgrade. Cleaning staff was helpful in providing new towels and toilet paper (during 5 night stay). The apartment house has a lift. The very spacious apartment with one double bed was welcomingly prepared. Everything was very clean and neat. The small kitchen was well equipment for 4 people just as the chairs around the dining table and the living room area. The built-in cupboard as well as an extra little storeroom provided enough storage. Suggestion: Some shelves in the little store room would provide a better use of the room.

After 2 nights we phoned Maria and told her, that we could not sleep well because of the rattling outside shutters at the bedroom window side, which were not pulled up properly and which could not be adjusted by the guests. She promised to phone back, which never happened. Also, the position of the shutters did not change. So we did not sleep well for 5 nights. Suggestion: We only encountered 2 wash machines on our last day, when following the instruction to dispose our rubbish ourselves in the basement. We could not find any information to this regard in the booking information or welcome info e-mail, but it would be very helpful to know about the possibility to wash clothing, especially when staying for a longer period of time.

The building faces a busy street, but our room looked over the canal with a nice view of the windmill. The room was quiet and clean, with big windows and a nice bathroom.

Initial access was unnecessarily complicated. Download an app, send my number to the management, wait for the access code, register the app, and all this before even arriving in Bremen. Once there, the key app worked fine, though the promised extra chip key did not materialise. Also, although there was a small fridge in the room, there were no dishes with which to prepare breakfast or a snack. The hall doors close with a terrific bang - not great when the neighbours return from partying in the middle of the night.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and minimalist style, which created a sense of comfort and order. The bed was comfortable and impeccably clean, ensuring a great night's rest.

We had a mixed experience during our stay. While we appreciated the cleanliness and minimalist style, we were disappointed by the noise level. The room had very poor soundproofing, and unfortunately, the cleaning staff started working early in the neighboring room, moving furniture, which woke us up at 7 a.m. Additionally, we found a long black hair on a towel, which caused discomfort. These issues impacted our overall impression.

The location is really good, especially considering I was there to attend an event at Messe. It’s very close, and you can easily walk there. It’s also within walking distance of the "Marktplatz", which offers a great opportunity for sightseeing.

The street is quite noisy, even at night. This could be bothersome for those who are more sensitive to noise while sleeping. A small thing: the coffee cup is a little too big for the available Nespresso machine. It's not impossible to use it, but a smaller cup would fit better.

The appartment was very clean and very nice. The keyless door worked perfectly, using our phone. If you use your phone a lot during the day. I think its a good idea to bring a power bank. Very short distance to parking, just across the street. Very short distance to the city, maybe 5 min walk. We visited the Christmas marked, very big and very beautiful. Walking along the river, watching all the Christmas lights. We will come back again, and rent apartment at Louis and Louise. We give you 5 stars.

The location is very convenient. Reaching city center by walking is a breeze. Further, it feels like the rooms are freshly renovated, and therefore all facilities are in perfect condition, and everything in the room is clean. There is a coffee machine in the room, and the number of coffee pods is just right! And all that for a very attractive price. Helpful tip: the check-in is digital. One needs an app to access the building and the room. The room number is written in the app BUT if your font is large and screen is small, the string break and the room number cannot be seen. Solution: go to the settings of your phone and reduce the system font size to its minimum. Now the room number should be visible in the app.

Communication via the Booking app was good. However, I didn't manage to reach anybody via the phone. Another point: sound isolation is weak. Sometimes the neighbors were noisy, and it was difficult to fall asleep.

The location is really closed by the center of shopping area, restaurants and cafe and also the landmarks of Bremen. Clean apartment, secured. We don't meet the staff face to face because everything organize with system and email. A little bit difficult to communicate indeed because i don't anytime open the apps.

The time of check in and check out quite not normal. Usually check in 14.00 and check out 12.00. But this apartment has check in on 15.00 and check out on 10.00, this is too hurry for us especially we have to clean the rooms ourselves. Have to consider about the time for customers please.

It was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the location is pretty good! There is a coffee machine and a kettle so you have both options.

They could have been a bit more generous in the tea and coffee. We struggled to get in, and it took a while until we could reach someone to help us. Some storage for our clothes or at least a baggage stand would have been appreciated so we didn't have to live out our bag on the floor.

Nice and clean apartment. Modern furnishings and roomy. Godd shower. Ten minutes walking to both the tran station and market square.

The digital check-in, and access via the app, to both the apartment building, and the individual apartment, worked well. However, this caused great anxiety as it required using your mobile phone, and it assumed that you were both tech savvy, and had mobile data, Bluetooth etc. If any part of this was to fail, for example, you lost your phone, or your phone battery died, then there would be unable to access both the building and individual apartment. Plus, as the building is unmanned, and as there is no intercom or contact details etc on the outside of the building, you would be unable to contact the owners for help. You would therefore end up stuck outside the building, potentially late at night, in the cold and rain.

Beautiful modern clean apartment, 5 minutes walk to the Old Town. The apartment has everything you need, lots of stylish details. Our apartment had a wonderful view from the window of the old mill. Check-in is automatic via the app on your phone, so make sure your phone is always charged. We were very pleased with our stay in these apartments and recommend them.
