The hotel is modern, comfortable and clean. The room was great. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was good. I'm glad it had a hairdryer and magnifying mirror. Breakfast was excellent and a great price.

The self check-in process after a long and tiring journey was a bit stressful (ipad). Very little help from the woman at the bar (there is no reception). Once checked in, you have to unlock your room with your phone via a link in an email. I was worried my phone might die during my evening out, and then I wouldn't have been able to get into my room. However, when I got back at midnight (Saturday), there were still staff available who could have helped. Parking was expensive (15 euros for 24 hours) but convenient.

Very cozy and have a really nice vibe to this hotel. It's not the "5 Star" hotels vibe but rather casual, chill and relaxing vibes. There's pool tables, Darts, cozy couch for chats. The reception also doubles as a bar where drinks are served. The hotel is recently refurbished hence it's quite new feel to it.

The ramp to the hotel was not clear, a sign would have helped. I see most guests carries their luggage up the stairs. During day time, it's clearer though

Hotel was clean and location is convinient, only 25 minutes from the city center. Parking was fine, directly in front of the hotel so good choise if travelling with car. Breakfast was pretty good but it was not diligently filled. Rooms nicely decorated and hotel lobby was really nice, modern, recently renovared with bar and biljard and darts.

The service attitude of the staff needs to be improved. They were guite nice, but I have also received much better service in other hotels during our 2 weeks roadtrip in Europe.

All the staff that we encountered were very helpful and friendly. We had a lovely sized room with a very comfortable bed and decent bathroom with a good shower. The towels and toiletries provided were of a decent standard. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the service and quality of food was excellent. We slept well as the hotel was quiet. It is in a quiet area of the city and set back from the main road. The hotel is very easy to reach from the train station and centre of Bremen. ( no 24 bus)

I was disappointed that such hotel did not have tea & coffee with the kettle. Also I loved the fact that there was free pool table to play, but there was only one cue and the tip of it was damaged to the extent it was unplayable.

The staff was helpful and welcoming. The room was ok, although a bit small especially with a dog. Location was good, with a private parking (with a 12 euro fee) area. The breakfast was very nice, with a good variety of tasty and fresh food. We stayed for one night together with our dog. It was comfortable overall. There is enough green area just outside of the building, for potty breaks. We had a large sized travel crate for our 7 months old Labrador puppy. There was just enough space in the room for the crate and for him to play with his toys. Would be nice to have a bigger room though.

We've been twice to Pentahotel as a couple in July 2023 : on our way to Norway, and on our way back. We chose Penta because it was a beautifully designed hotel with cosy lounges where you feel "at home", and with comfortable beds in the rooms also : a great value for the price. Added to that, the hotel employees were very kind and helpful, morning as well as night receptionists, we had gotten robbed on our way home in Central Bremen (our car had been vandalised), and the night receptionist (I don't know his name unfortunately) helped us in every way he could : police calls, car safety right in front of the hotel (parking), cleaning of the broken glass, broken window protection, overall thoughtfulness and humour, thank you so so much. We'll always remember you ! <3 I fully recommend this hotel :)

A little off the beaten path. We found Bremen a bit difficult to navigate. This is a very mod hotel with a fun vibe. Great breakfast. Room was very clean, staff were helpful. Quiet for sleeping. The neighborhood is high density, so a little bit of traffic congestion nearby. Great gelato shop not far.

The walls in the hallways to the rooms are painted black. And it is difficult to find room numbers. It would be much safer with a lighter color.

The 24/7 kitchen was very convenient as I did not have to leave the hotel to get a meal. The overall value of the stay was also quite good, with a good room and service for a very reasonable price.

The location is a bit removed from the center of town, so if you are looking for a base of operations for checking out Bremen, it might be better to look for a hotel closer to the city center.

This is a very modern, interesting and warm-welcoming hotel. Check-in took perhaps 2 minutes? There was restaurant available at 8+pm for a great dinner - we enjoyed it. Crew is nice, English speaking and supportive. Room was clean, has comfy beds and AC available. Bathroom has bathtub, which is great if You wish to relax and soak in water :) Large LCD TV with some local channels (I didnt care much, plugged in HDMI cable to the back of a TV and watched my moves from PC with no issues). City center is like 5 Km away (25 EUR with taxi) Or You take el.scooter from Bolt. (Bolt and Uber taxi NOT available in the city!). Overall - Great positive experience!

Parking not free but 12 EUR/night.
