We stayed at the sister hotel Galopprennbahn instead because of a flood at the Universum site. Our relocation was managed very well, in advance of our stay, with a choice of hotels given. Our actual stay was great. The room was excellent. It was large with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and facilities well thought through. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great value for money and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were looking to stay away from the city center this time, as it was a quick, in and out stay. It’s not the level of accommodations we normally would choose, but figured it would be fine for a night and it was. Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff.

The elevator was not available from the floor we hauled our luggage into. We had to drag suitcases up a flight of steps before reaching the elevator. This was coming in from the back door where the parking lot was.

Good location - walking distance to a local forest, and a 10 minute drive to the city centre. Good hot and cold breakfast available. Water pressure in the shower excellent!

Paid extra for parking. Would really like to know in advance that this is an additional cost, so instead of saying "parking availabe" on the website, either "parking available at extra cost" or "parking included".

Staff were kind. very clean. The variety of breakfast options was acceptable but not perfect. The location was far from city center, but accessible with public transport. There was a wonderful park near to the hotel, perfect for relaxation.

There were no slippers, no bath kit, the coffee machine was not working. Restaurant was crowded during breakfast time, but still ok. not really a 4 star hotel.

It would be the ideal stay, if our room (241) was not noisy from some kind of machine related to the functionality of the hotel. May be other rooms are quieter.

Good location in front of the Atlantic Museum building and lake, and the woods, great for walks and running.

The price of breakfast and the sauna closing at 10PM, wishing it would run until 11.

the hotel has good condition. Getting from the airport to the hotel is very easy. You can easily reach the tram number 6 with the tram number 6. inside the hotel there is a good restaurant. you can take cofee, drink sth or breakfast and dinner.

Free sauna until 11pm, including towels and robe. Love small gym and excellent breakfast. Comfort rooms are quite big. Garage for storing your bicycle.

Breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and clean with a view on the universum. The staff on the reception desk were very friendly.

A bit far from the city but the ubahn station is 5 min walk from the hotel
