The rooms were great and spacious. Lots of towels provided and slippers are always a nice touch. The hotel included breakfast which is amazing since there aren’t too many places very close by to grab a bite.

The gym was closed the entire time, as well as the restaurant and spa. The website advertises laundry facilities but there is none offered by the hotel. The recommended for laundry is next door but that is a dry cleaners that acts as a third party laundry service to wash, dry and fold but greatly inflates the rate, so I don’t recommend going to that one

This was a full service hotel with elevators and a restaurant. The staff was efficient and the restaurant was quite good. This appeared to be a hotel that catered to business travelers and is is excellent in that regard. Parking was on street but spots we easy to find. We found a place directly in front of the hotel.

I found nothing to dislike about the hotel.

Breakfast was included and was very good. The room was comfortable and the bed was lovely. Staff were helpful.

Room was advertised as having a view over the mountains or a city view. We had neither, we looked down into a yard with skip bins. Also it said there was a coffee machine in the room and there was none.

Excellent breakfast. Large, functional and comfortable room. Secured parking. Nice staff - very efficient check-in/ check-out. 20 minute walk from the pedestrianised central area of the city - overlooked by a Norman Castle (illuminated at night). We found a nice trattoria in town: Baccus & Cercere - good food, pleasant service and lovely food.

Not in a very genteel/picturesque area of town. It felt safe to walk around the area though.

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. A situation occurred with one of our younger members and they handled it with class and were very conscientious. Overall a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

Google shows the hotel as permanently closed, so when you look for directions you are taken to a different location with a similar name. I knew where the hotel was so it wasn't a problem, but this should be fixed so that others do not experience this problem.

The breakfast was amazing , the staff in the morning were all pleasant and helpful at breakfast Food was fresh and always plentiful

Very comfortable, updated rooms. Nice selection at breakfast. Good location if you want to go shopping but visiting the old town is really where it’s at!

Breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel was great with plenty of amenities nearby within walking distance. The property was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The WIFI is a bit slow and unreliable.
