We travel between Texas and Colorado several times a year and usually we stay in Amarillo, but this will be our new go-to hotel. It was super clean and very well maintained. It was nice and quiet, and comfortable. Absolutely fantastic value. Breakfast was plentiful.

The A/C was struggling to cool the room and probably needs repair/ maintenance.

The Manager/front desk person Amanda I believe her name was, was one of the most kindest and helpful people I have ever met during any of my hotel stays ever. She def needs a raise. We stayed there for 3 nights and she was absolutely amazing and helpful anything we needed she was there to help. I have also never seen a hotel or hotel lobby as clean and neatly organized as this one. She was always on the move and doing something to help someone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have stayed here before and were pleased, so it was easy to choose Quality Inn again. The staff is very friendly and helpful with local information. The breakfast is good. Like the mid size fridge with the freezer for ice packs!

The breakfast had lots of options to eat healthy, including fresh fruit and yogurt. Fresh coffee and cookies were available when we checked-in. Receptionist was very helpful when our Booking.com reservation could not be found. We got an even better rate with AAA.

Our reservation through Booking.com could not found. We had to contact Customer Service, which took about half-an-hour after arriving at the Quality Inn. Luckily, they had a room available. The receptionist said that they often have issues with Booking.com reservations.

The breakfast was "OK" but not exceptional. I did like the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches.

The website noted there would be BOTH a hot breakfast and a continental breakfast, and I expected eggs and sausages of the hot breakfast, and not a simple sandwich (left over from the Covid era breakfasts).

There was noise bleed from the room next-door and they were quite noisy until 10 o’clock, but then things quieted down and I was able to sleep well.

Breakfat was ok, had a good variety of items more for the guest who were grabbing something quick and easy for the road.

The beds could use an update 2 to 3 inch topper would make them much more comfortable.

Property was clean and well kept. I was very quiet especially considering the proximity to main highway.
