We arrived late, just passing through on our way home. The night staff was nice & helpful, room was ok & the bed was comfortable. The location was quiet.

When we got to our room, there were dirty clothes from a previous guest still hanging from the back of the bathroom door. We called the front desk & they sent someone to grab them. The rest of the space seemed clean, so it was probably just missed by the guest & cleaning staff. The room itself was a bit sterile & could use more decor/ art on the walls. There were weird patches on the ceiling of the bathroom, the ceiling light had been pulled away from the ceiling & there was trim missing...like there had been water damage at some point. You would think that at almost $100 per night, that some of that money would get reinvested into fixing up the property. The morning staff seemed to struggle with keeping up with stocking the breakfast area even though there were only a handful of people.

we were staying there on the 23rd of Dec. and my credit card fell in the parking lot, as we traveled to Denver we received a call from the hotel front desk, and advising us that they found my card, and they would hold onto it until we returned on Dec. 29th, a very great jester, so thanks to the front desk, but on our first stay Dec. 23, the shower didn't work and we had to leave without showering, not good,

People were nice. Room was clean and smelled clean. Bed was comfortable.TV. We were near stairs so although no elevator a little easier to take dog out.

Outside area where we walked around with dogs was run down. No elevator. The only chair in room was hard for my husband to sit in. He has a bad back and can't sit on bed and watch tv.

Breakfast was adequate. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Was very close to our venue and dining was very close

Breakfast was great, plenty of options and tasted good. Felt the hotel was a great value. It was conveniently located for cross-Texas travel, close to major highways. Room was clean and pleasant enough. Staff was friendly.

Room was good. Bed very comfortable. Quiet. Good value for the cost.

Breakfast was pretty meager. Only hot option was a waffle maker. On the drink machine, orange and cranberry juice was out of service. Apple juice looked like water. Some yogurts. A few pre packaged pastries. Several fast food places close for breakfast.

I like the location, handy for places to eat. Staff friendly and place clean.

Shower curtain rod loose, allowing the curtain to be 4 inches on the bottom of the tub.

Advertised having breakfast. Was barely a snack, not even a continental. No elevator.

Due to the construction going on outside on the road that blocks off the front entrance, it would have been helpful to have a note from the hotel telling patrons how to access the property.
