I had a wonderful stay at Sonnenheim! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. However, one small issue was that there was no water provided in the room, which would have been a nice touch after a long journey. Despite this, my overall experience was very positive, and I would still highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

We had halfboard - the food was very good, we never regret to have dinners at the hotel. You can feel that the management is very involved into all the processes and they want you to enjoy your stay. The hotel is new, evryting is well maintained. Definetely the place to recommend!

Just something to be prepared to - "no textile" sauna area, for people aged 16+. Might be a problem attending with kids. Hoever, this particularity is common for the region. SPA area is not huge, sometimes was a bit overcrouded.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly, the wellness facilities were so relaxing and there were so many options for pools and saunas, and the included dinner was great. The whole place was clean and modern. I can't fault anything and would highly recommend.

In the family room (2+2) the bunk beds are very small and not appropriate for adults (dimension 180x80), dinner (food) not on the level

Beautiful family owned hotel, everyone treats you like their own, the staff is very helpful and amible! The hotel is full of facilites, the spa area is perfect for afterski rest and rehabilitation. Owners really take into account the relaxiation needed after long days of skiing. Breakfast and dinner were perfect, but be careful with the buffet during dinner because a 3 meal course is coming right after😊 To sum up, this hotel has everything you could wish for during your stay

Cozy hotel with superb staff, spa, and delicious food. Nothing was a problem to hosts. It is worth mentioning spa comprising swimming pool, various types of saunas and relaxing zones. To be recommended, even for families wirh children.

The personnel was incredibly nice and accommodating. Food was delicious and the spa a great addition to our ski trip. Definitely recommend the hotel.

There was a disturbing sound in our room during the night, probably coming from the plumbing or ventilation system.

Incredible experience at Hotel Sonnenheim. The spa, the rooms and most notably the food was perfect. It was so nice to be greeted by such a lovely family in a location that is relaxing but also perfectly placed within the Dolomites.

Everything was amazing!! The wellness was absolutely great, warm watr inside and outside, many places for rest. 4 amazing courses for dinner for only 10€. Great hotel lobby bar, perfect place for friends or family. And owners are super nice and friendly. We will deffinitely come back next year. Thank you for everything!
