Wonderful hotel, amazing service and great breakfast buffet and top dinner experience every day. The wine and digestive recommendations of Cristian were spot on every day. His service really made our stay special and his knowledge of pairing the food with wines was spot on and his character really made the whole experience special. The hotel is very clean, friendly staff, exceptional infrastructure, very comfortable rooms. Also the wellness treatments of Isabella were amazing and we couldn't get enough of it. We'll definitely go back!

We were there for a spa retreat but the facilities were open only between 3-7pm every day. We do understand the environmental approach to this but for someone who doesn't ski, it would be great to access the spa facilities all day long. Unfortunately, there is no kettle in the room to make your own tea or coffee and no shelf in the shower for cosmetics. But overall, there are no complaints at all.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was luxurious, and the spa facilities were spotless, with an outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, and swimming pool. We were warmly welcomed with drinks upon arrival, which set the tone for a fantastic experience. Originally, we booked for two nights but loved it so much that we extended our stay. The food was outstanding—breakfast offered a great variety, including prosecco, which was a perfect start before hitting the slopes. Dinner, included in the room price, was a delicious four-course menu. A special mention to Levi, Christian, and Iuliana for their exceptional service. Thank you for having us—we will definitely return!

Wonderful hotel with excellent Spa and Food.We enjoyed 5 days of relaxing holiday. Pools and sauna are all very new.Spa was not overcrowded at any time so that we really could relax every day.Kitchen in the hotel is brilliant and the cooking team provided new food highlights every day.Surronding of the hotel is perfect for outdoor activities.We will come back for sure.

Hotel is located close to main road,but this had no impact on our stay in the hotel as our room was located in the newly renovated part of the hotel which is on the opposite of the building and not facing to the road.

Fantastic facilities for Pools inside and outside, nice restaurant and terrace, nice room with a balcony towards the mountains, great buffet for breakfast and dinner. Free car parking (options for electric cars too).

Little Elevator, some people from the staff were unpleasant, water should have been included for all the dinners considering the price dinner paid, access to the pools were not allowed after or before check-out check-in sincerely this is nonsense as in other hotels this is common and basic welcoming for people staying for many nights. Room fridge was not working.

We had an amazing stay at the Bonfanti Design Hotel. Our room was absolutely gorgeous with a massive terrace and an amazing view and a fireplace! The food was insanely good, michelin star quality every single night. The breakfast was also super comprehensive with a great selection! The spa amenities' were also great and super super clean, there were about 9 different types of sauna! Finally, the staff were very accommodating and professional.

The food is amazing and definitely worth it. Very friendly staff who create really relaxed and enjoyable breajfast and dinner experience. The Spa is great and spacious with very nice outside pool and great saunas.

The information that the room did not have a balcony as advertised only came after booking it, which is not ideal if this would have been a deal-breaker for us.

Very beautiful outside pool and pond, clean and big enough room with a balcony to be on. Very cool spa area with a snow room and saunas which were clean and beautiful. Exceptional service in the restaurant - we booked halfboard and announced one of us was vegan. The four course dinner was given in a vegan version which tasted great. In the morning we got two vegan croissants already at the table & both times you could feel everybody taking food restrictions absolutely serious. That was more than amazing! Thanks a lot for this great time at your hotel!

This hotel is truly amazing. We have stayed in many hotels around the world and we have quite high standards, but this hotel really surprised us positively. Spotless clean in all areas, an amazing breakfast with everything you can imagine (including Prosecco) and an amazing dinner experience. Top staff, special thanks to Christina, Christian, Antonio, Elvi and Natalia. The wellness area is one of the best in hotels, almost like a real spa, with dried fruit, tea and always fresh towels. Beautiful equipment (the architect and owners had to pay attention to the smallest details like transitions between rooms, comfort, design). We were fascinated by the appropriateness of the temperature in all rooms (different in the room, dining room, wellness, lobby) and the rarely experienced appropriateness of the music volume in the dining room. The location is a few minutes' drive from the ski slopes, an uncrowded bus runs in front of the hotel every half hour in both directions to nearby cities (Bruneck, Brixen,...), for which you receive a free ticket at the hotel. In short, a perfect hotel, we will definitely return.

The restaurant is very good. Very good breakfast and dinner. All the facilities are nice. Room is clean and comfortable.

Charging fee for the car is super expensive (EUR 1/kWh). There was no shampoo/shower gel in our bathroom for two days. The reception was not able to help at all in the evening when we asked. There is no coffee in the room. This was not expected for a 4-star hotel.
