Perfectly positioned hotel. It's next to the church with the famous white tower - thankfully the bells don't ring between 22:00-7:00 :-) The bed was extremely comfy. The pillows are on the soft side, but we got firm ones at the reception, which were perfect. Breakfast is good and generous. Staff at the reception is super helpful and friendly.

I am not sure whether this is the case for the whole hotel, but in our room the shower was open into the room, which is not ideal if you are travelling with friends or your parents. Also the windows in the shower cannot be covered (there is no curtain), so in teh morning a LOT of light filters into the room, making it impossible to sleep after 6 am. We ended up placing bags and clothes on the shelves to cover the light, which partially worked but was not an ideal solution.

Absolutely amazing experience! One of the best hotels we've been to. We ended up extending our stay 2 times because we liked it so much. Brand new hotel in the center of Brixen in a historic building. Delicious breakfast hosted at the hotel bar which is also a public facing restaurant and bar throughout the day. Extremely friendly staff who helped us with all kinds of special requests including late check-in, late check-out, extending our stay, and washing our laundry for us. Also - the rooms have A/C which is unusual for the area and a pleasant surprise.

Nothing to complain about. Maybe good to keep in mind: parking is a short walk from the hotel. The hotel does provide parking for 25 USD/night but since the hotel is in the pedestrian zone you should be prepared to walk a bit. We ended up parking in the well-priced public parking garage around 400m from the hotel which cost around the same as the hotel parking. Also - for coffee lovers: there is no coffee maker in the room and you'll need to come down in the morning and order it at the breakfast bar.

Everything was perfect. Room was comfortable very stylish and extremely clean.

Unfortunately when we wanted to have a drink at the Viertel Bar at 21:15, they said they were closed. Even though there were still people there and outside there was a sign saying open until 23:00. Such a pity….we just wanted a quick drink before going up to the room. ☹️

The bar of the hotel is always crowded since it is open to public, so there is no place to relax outside the room.

Very specious & stylish rooms. Extremely friendly staff. Excellent breakfast! Also, very good location, right in the middle of the city. We dearly enjoyed our time here and felt very welcome throughout our stay.

The ambiance, the location, the cleanliness, the decor and the bathrooms were spectacular. We also parked in the public spaces just opposite of the hotel (2 mins walk) which was super comfortable

Fantastic place! There was visibly put effort to details in the interior and exteriors, making the stay very pleasant for us. Loved the design, loved the place, loved the food.

It was just perfect, so clean and modern and in a fantastic location. There is very little wrong with it
