Night shift staff member Lupita is the reason why im rating this place so high. She helped me when the room card keys couldnt open the door, and she helped me check out. She offered the breakfast while i was there and said it was healthier than fast food. She was very kind the whole time and she turned the stay in to a very positive one.

Toilet, tub, and carpet were gross in room 202. The tub doesnt drain right either. I wanted to cancel the second night but staff member Lupita turned the stay in to a very positive one. She was very warm, comforting, and helpful, which is why i stayed the second night.

This has always been my favorite place to stay when I'm in the Blythe area. Like an oasis in the middle of the desert. The rooms are spotless, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It is quiet and comfortable. The price is the best you'll find anywhere. Check in is always quick and painless. The staff is top notch.

Breakfast was terrible! The eggs were inedible. I didn't think you could ruin powdered scrambled eggs, but I was wrong. The bacon and sausage were so undercooked that they bordered on being raw. The juice was watered down and bitter, and the waffle maker was not working properly. We scraped our breakfast in the trash and went to Mc Donald's. Luckily, it is close.

The hotel is clean and nice but it is showing signs of wear and in need of updates.Breakfast was excellent the attendant was cheerful and very helpful and kept everyone clean and well stocked.

Nothing really just and overall feeling that the company needs to spend some money to update the furniture and fixtures. I remember staying here over the years as we travel to the coast several times during the year and I remember how the hotel looked when we first stayed there.

I liked everything except the automated check in. THAT was both creepy and a little unnerving. And if your representatives were in another country, THAT is grossly offensive to the numbers of people who are losing their jobs to automation.

Bring back the workers you fired to be replaced by the check-in kiosk.

it was conveniently located, friendly staff, and breakfast with waffles, cereal and muffins

we said we only needed one bed so they moved us to a room with a king. That was fine but I had hoped for a soak in a hot tub after a long hike, but it was a handicap room so no tub.

I liked the suite.

I didn't like the screen check in, very unfriendly, and no directions on how to get to our room one of the coffee cups was broken and glued back together with Sharp edge s exposed. Tub sank in the middle which made for unsteady to get out

The receptionist Pilar is outstanding. I appreciated her welcoming with kindness and suggestions. Parking was also convenient.

Thank you for letting me share, I would like to address "How comfy was the bed?" The mattress was exceptionally squeeky and very uncomfortable. This is just my opinion.

Nice, comfortable room in a quiet location. Decent breakfast and the staff members were pleasant and helpful. The property is older, which can be seen in some places, but recent renovations are helping.

As part of the mentioned renovations, there were piles of old furniture stacked in one end of the parking lot. That was a bit off-putting but it’s temporary and the improvements are worth it. Not many good eating choices in the area unless you like fast food or Sizzler.

The breakfast great! Even though we were at the tail end of breakfast time, the staff made sure we had plenty to eat! The price was appropriate for the location and the room.

For a basic motel everything was better than expected. The apparently recently remodeled room was roomier and better appointed than expected. Far enough away from the freeway to be nicely quiet.
