Good breakfast, great staff at the restaurant, nice comfortable room; Special mention to the restaurant staff - they were attentive and catered to every guest's needs. The housekeeping was also decent, as was the room itself. The location - it's near the airport, so it's convenient.

REALLY bad reception staff. I asked for an early checkin (which is subject to availability). Even though the room was available, the receptionist made me wait in the lobby (despite my request which was made 24 hours before my arrival) for 45 minutes, to get the room ready. She was on the phone with another customer, rolling her eyes because of something they said. Similarly, I asked for all invoices to be made ready at night since I was going to check out early morning. I've not yet received those invoices (it's been four days), so you can imagine the underpreparedness of the reception staff.

The staff was very good, professional and comforting. An incident: I ordered food from outside not knowing that it's not allowed. When I received the delivery they informed me about the same but since it had arrived and I urged them, they politely let me take it with a note not to do it again.

Couldn't order food from outside. People visiting from outside would want to order food from outside due to several reasons, eg. to explore the taste of the region, the food at the property is highly expensive, the food in the menu doesn't meet my mood. I think this rule is a little too offensive and should be thought about.

Location is very good.

Cleanliness they have put one set of pillows with nice clean covers and another set tucked below which were shabby. Things like this raise issue of hygiene standards. Shower glass had water marks

Can have more options in breakfast, specially with out onion and garlic
