Excellent location: Just opposite the historic Caravansarai, perfect for exploring Sheki. Great room: Spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Complimentary amenities: The heated pool and sauna were great for relaxation after a long day. Family-friendly: The park for children was a nice touch for families. Delicious breakfast: A vast range of options to choose from. Helpful staff: Always attentive and ready to assist with any needs.

Room on the 4th floor: The lift only goes up to the 3rd floor, which was a bit inconvenient. No faucet: The room lacked a faucet, which made some tasks a bit harder.

Excellent hotel, centrally located in the old town area of Sheki, the hotel is located up a hill and the road is cobbles but we also found we could enter the hotel from street level by taking the lift which meant we did not have to walk up the hill which was useful. Rooms a little dated but have everything you need, the staff are very friendly and a nice pool, steam room, and sauna are available and included for guests as well as a a lovely breakfast buffet including hot and cold dishes. We travelled in April and the price paid was a bargain for what you got, the welcome note and plate of Sheki halva was a lovely touch, well done and thank you :)

My wife and I enjoyed the stay in Sheki. It is a nice, but not new hotel with a great location and nice facilities to keep fit. We booked this hotel mainly because of a swimming pool and gym, where we wanted to relax. We were met by Russian-speaking staff, which was nice, even though we speak English. Unfortunately, the SPA zone closes at 21:00 and we were a bit late. So I tried in the morning and the swimming and gym training was pleasant. All around the hotel, you can feel, that it was built not yesterday, but 10 years ago, but it is maintained well, even though there is room for improvement and something needs renovation. Breakfast was good, however still no free coffee from the coffee machine, only americano one. The location is great for sightseeing.

The mosque is very close and it woke us up in the morning. Something needs renovation. No coffee machine at the breakfast. The SPA closes at 21:00, would be better to have it open until 22:00

This hotel was excellent in every way. The rooms were comfortable, the hotel facilities -- including a fabulous spa, sauna and large indoor swimming pool -- were great. I enjoyed staying up late with the wine host doing an Azeri wine tasting. The location of this property right across from Old Town Sheki was excellent: everything one might want to visit within town was within walking distance. And the hotel price for the overall stay was very reasonable. The manager of this hotel was also very nice, and breakfast was a nice spread.

The vibe of the restaurant seemed a bit clinical. I assume it was made to accommodate big tour busses. As such, we opted to go elsewhere for dinner. But, really, this is a minor thing. I'm sure the food would've been fine.

Location is right across from the Upper Caravanserai - it can be seen from the hotel room/s. We could go for a long walk in the morning around the quiet town, and the Khan's palace - possible simply because of the location. The hotel has a temp controlled indoor pool which my kids really enjoyed. The breakfast was great - although choice was limited for us vegetarians, the kitchen team made some sautéed veggies just for us + heated some of the precooked veggies we had carried along. Very helpful staff made for a great stay.

The cleanliness of sauna / hammam was kinda okay so we didn't venture there. Our room was on the first floor where the lift lobby was strewn with some furniture from (what looked like) under-renovation rooms. Not a pretty site, just optics though.

Location and the hotel were fantastic, staff were friendly & helpful. Gave extended support when our car battery was down, to recharge, and to stay in the room till it fixed .especially technical director Mr Mirali

Nothing ,everything was perfect

I liked the location of the hotel since it is very accessible by foot to a lot of tourist spots, restaurants and souvenir shops. I felt safe walking around the property and outside. They granted my room of choice (with the view) and staff customer service is exceptional. I had a trouble with wifi connection with my room where there was no signal and they attended to my needs (From reception to IT specialist) coming to my room and to check and eventually resolved the issue. The room was clean and there was daily room service. The restaurant also provided a good view for breakfast and served good buffet food.

Rooms are very small and toilets are also very small with old furniture's and mat

The staff were very friendly, the location is beautiful, overlooking the mountains. The restaurant isn't too expensive and the quality of food was good. Their wine tasting menu and experience was spectacular. The sommelier was a really cool guy who taught us a lot about Azerbaijani wine and its history. My friends and I had a lot of fun.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable but other than that it was amazing.
