All staff were friendly and helpful, front desk and housekeeping. All requests were handled with kindness and a clear desire to honor the accommodations requested. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience. My thanks to them all! The hotel was very clean, room and corridors, breakfast was also good. **Housekeeping was exceptionally quiet in the mornings, never heard them! I will definitely stay at Baymont-Decatur for my next visit!

The property was great as an over night stay! I wasn’t expecting the room to be incredibly tall. Made me feel like I was at home actually since my apartment is tall ceiling and my parent’s home as well. The breakfast is better than normal with the exception of the juice machine breaking, but the maintenance man was already on the move to fix it. Good price for the stay!

We stay at this location for the holidays to bed near family. The facility is very clean, staff is very friendly and the beds are so comfortable

This trip, the hot tub was just warm, not hot, and the indoor pool was cold. Was our only disappointment when entertaining our granddaughter. It was better 2 years ago when we stayed. Hopefully, next time we stay, it will be warm

We had our daughter and when she wanted ice cream or a fruit cup we had to drive to the store because the hotel was super expensive. 5.50 for one bar when we can get to large ice creams and a cone for 8.00 down the road two minutes at Braums.

Everyone was very friendly. The indoor pool and hot tub was a big hit with my family. The breakfast was really good!

There was a lot of work being done to the hotel and the workers were in the way. A work light was right on the floor as soon as you got off the elevator. My 13yr old son tripped over it and I almost tripped getting off the elevator but this was their construction workers not the hotel itself.

Nice cold room clean and very comfortable beds. Quiet .

The bathtub didn't drain water so I had to shower standing in water. Pillows were small and toilet seat cover didn't go all the way back I had to hold it while I used bathroom.

Room was very comfortable! Staff was pleasant and friendly! Breakfast was really good.

Coffee was out in the dining room, but there was some in the lobby. I think someone filled their big Yetti cup, as he came back for more!

Our room door didn't close unless we slammed it multiple times (sorry about that, neighbors). The rubber lining around the door was unglued and dangling. We told the front desk and he said he would have maintenance look at it. We checked out of the hotel the next morning, but I think he probably did have it looked at. He was honest, helpful, and friendly during our stay. We will probably stay there again in the future.

Very clean and modern hotel. We were traveling with three teenage grandsons, and we all liked this place. The free breakfast was really good. On our recent trip through Texas, this was our favorite hotel.

Room was clean & comfortable bed...pool & hot tub was also nice....used the washer & dryer as we had been traveling for 12 days...it was convenient & very reasonable cost to wash & dry the clothes
