The location is good, close to the centre though not in the busiest part. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is basic but good for a one night stay, especially if used as a base before a tour of the Pantanal.

Would be nice if the TVs in the rooms had an option to mirror your devices.

It was all ok for one day, but I think it could have more options for food in the bar. The shopping center is near to the hotel, but not so easy to walk to the other side cos 1. Too hot (weather) 2. The streets are empty

Location is central, but difficult to find because lighting and signage is in poor shape. Bed was the high point!

Unfriendly staff, too many employees running around doing nothing.... Breakfast needs improvement. Cheap design and low cost feel.

I had to wait 1h40 for the check-in. This is unacceptable! Once I get the room, the floor near to the bed was not clean (there was dust and hair).

how can you possibly assign a room which has not been cleaned??? Bed VERY uncomfortable. No bedside tables. Strange smell on pillow cases and towels. No hand towels. Parking outside under 39o C ! No TV channels in English, no news channels. No EXIT signs clearly visible, no directions at exiting elevators. No air conditioning in hallways, very hot, long corridors. All power outlets 220 v!!
