+ my biggest plus: it's a small, family run hotel. After the second day, most reception staff knew which room I was in, and the breakfast staff remembered my choice of coffee. I felt really welcomed here as a guest! + Breakfast included. It's not true buffet style, but you ask an employee for whatever you want and they plate it for you. Cuts down on food waste I guess, and nobody judges you if you go for seconds anyway. + Umbrella and beach chairs included. Beach located directly across the street from the hotel. Well kept. Showers and changing rooms available, as well as snacks. Other beach bars with more choices 50 meters away. Pool available if you don't feel like swimming in the sea. + Very good house keeping. Everything was spotless, room always nicely made up, always enough fresh towels. + Sufficiently powerful AC + free shuttle to town center in the evening, free transfer to and from Senigallia train station on request

The swimming pool was a good size and not too busy, the proximity to the beach with parasols and 2 seats, the large bathroom and enough towels, the possibility to rent a bike, the fridge in the room, a lift to the Senigallia station, the nice breakfast, all the staff was always very nice.

It was noisy in the night because of the proximity to the station.

The breakfast was absolut terrible. Water in plastic bottles with plastic cups. The bread was hard, no toast. The coffee and Cappuccino tasted awfull. No buffet, we had to Tell the staff behind a glass pane what we want.

Love the included beach beds. Great pick-up service from the train station.

Bikes were all rented out.
