Vania and her team were exceptional. I booked the hotel last minute for my son and his friends who had a major detour on their European adventure. They arrived over night on a ferry from Split in Croatia and were instantly invited to have breakfast at the hotel on arrival whilst their rooms were readied. The food was fantastic and a great price and the pool and other facilities were perfect. I would recommend this hotel to any travellers arriving into this part of the Italian coastline. Many thanks.

This was perfect for what we needed. A family of 4, 2 night stay before we moved on to a villa for a friends wedding!! It was very reasonably priced and can't fault our room or the facilities. There was a lovely gentleman on the reception desk on our later arrival. He was brilliant with our two children, asked their names, and remembered them the following night. He played football with them and they loved it/him. The food at the restaurant was fabulous 👌 The pool/pool area was lovely and clean. If we found ourselves returning to the area, we wouldn't hesitate to stop again.

I went to Falcona Marattima as a stopover to see the nearby limestone Frassasi caves. Unfortunately, there was a train strike and I couldn't get there. The kind and friendly staff at the hotel showed me other things to visit in nearby Ancora. Thanks for that. Otherwise, the hotel room was clean and spacious with an ocean view.

Normal hotel for its money. The most basic rooms, but quite clean, clean bed, old but neat bathroom, somewhat shabby furniture, but quite comfortable and cozy. Breakfast without frills and hot dishes, but quite suitable for a morning snack.

Very good pistachio croissant every breakfast 😊 Hotel is 5 min from beach, on the way back to hotel is up to the hill so good cardio. Pool was good, water clean. Half week there was swimming lessons for kids, so there was just half pool available, but still ok for us. Personal was nice. Breakfast everyday same some kind of ham, cheese, boiled eggs, fresh fruits and many types of croissants. Beds are comfortable, house keepers also very nice. And we got rooms with nice view on see and balcony. Free parking also big advantage.

It’s a bit old structure, a little shabby, but it didn’t bother us very much. The hotel is highly up in the hill but hotel has its own transfer

We only stayed the one night due to a late flight, we were moving on the following day to attend a wedding. Location good for the airport. Breakfast was good and rooms were clean and comfortable. Night staff were excellent and the hotel were very good with communication.

On arrival in Falconara we started the 15 minute walk, the first part was flat but as we turned the corner the hotel was situated at the top of a steep hill at this point called the hotel and they sent a car to pick us up. You can call from the station and they will pick you up. Staff were very nice, one in particular called Massimo, he was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. Room was large and clean and maids attended everyday. The breakfast was excellent, buffet style, self service there were cold meats, cheese, fruits, cereal and pastries, facilities for coffee to self serve or you could order by waitress. On site restaurant was also very nice so you ate outside by the pool. Would definitely stay there again if visiting the area in the future. Five star service well done
