Almost everything in the hotel was excellent. 1. Location in the old port, close to the center 2. Spacious garage with charging boxes 3. Clean spacious room (we had a suite) 4. Elevator for those ppl that need it 5. Friendly and helpful staff

The only thing I would really improve is the breakfast. Quality was very good, but the choice, for a 4 star hotel, was subpar. I would recommend adding more variety of vegetables (there was none one day, just a salad), adding some sausages, more variety of warm/hot dishes in the morning. Drinks - water, coffee, tea and orange juice only

I’ve stayed here several times, and as always, everything was perfect. The rooms are spotless, the breakfast couldn’t be better, and the staff is extremely friendly. This time, I mistakenly booked a room with two double beds. Even though Booking.com said changes weren’t possible, the hotel had no problem switching me to a room with a large bed. Simply the best hotel in the area! Zierikzee is one of my favorite towns – a beautiful village by the sea.

What's not to like? A good sized room, air con, very comfortable king sized bed, great breakfast, beautiful decor and an outdoor terrace. We loved it!.

Showers in the Netherlands seem to have a problem with leaking. The bathmat is always soaked. This wasn't the first time and I'm sure it won't be the last. Dutch design in this one area needs a bit of tweaking!

The staff we exceptionally helpful and friendly. It was great having the car park under the hotel, particularly as the hotel is in the city so street parking is limited. You walk straight through from the car park into the hotel reception. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was great, right in the centre of the city. The breakfast was excellent with a great range.

Excellent bike parking in a secure garage. We really enjoyed our stay here and found the location ideal for exploring the old port area and the charming streets nearby. The beds were very comfortable, the staff warm and helpful, the breakfast tasty, and the setting perfect—comforting and relaxing after a long 50‑mile (80‑km) ride.

The high quality restaurant. The entry area through the garage which had a foyer better than many front foyers. Small luggage trolleys in the garage entry. Separate bike storage area in the locked garage. Luxurious feel to the whole hotel. Our room at the back was completely quiet.

The automatic bathroom light which lit up the whole bedroom every time someone went to the toilet in the middle of the night.

Exquisite architecture, furnishings and regal feel. Premiere location within walking distance to everything in town. Amazing breakfast and helpful staff. Such a comfortable and pleasant stay. Happy that there was secure bicycle storage.

Perhaps more hangers would be nice and towel hooks for/near the shower.

Great location in the middle of a beautiful old town in Zeeland. The hotel, room and restaurant were all above expectations. The staff very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Parking below the hotel (extra fee) was also good.

Great location, though tricky to find the correct way to the carpark (don't trust Google maps!). Freindly staff and a very organised and well run operation.

I made the mistake of not booking a table for dinner before my arrival so wass unable to have an evening meal at the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel location is very nice. Hotel furnishings are beautiful. Indoor parking was very convenient. Staff were very nice.

Open shower in the bathroom. Stay too short. Hotel restaurant was completely booked but, found a nice alternative.
