We spent one night at this nice hotel near the beach. Easy parking, the staff was super polite and attentive. The spa was the best part, clean, not crowded at all, four saunas to choose from and a cosy relaxation area. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was really tasty, but on the expensive side.

The breakfast could use some improvements in terms of selection. It was the most basic continental set up. We were surprised to learn that the hotel spa comes at an extra cost, even for hotel guests. We missed an additional cold shower in the spa area. The rooms were OK, but the corridor decor consisting of carpets, even on the walls, could use an update.

Stayed at Fletcher Hotel in Nieuw-Haamstede for a short getaway and was genuinely impressed. The room was spacious, stylishly furnished, and the beds were an absolute dream – one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Everything was spotless, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The location is perfect for a quiet break near the beach. Friendly staff, great vibe – would absolutely stay again. I didn’t get a chance to try the spa facilities this time, but definitely will on my next visit.

The Fletcher Strandhotel Haamstede is a very well-kept and beautiful hotel in a very good location to the beach and neighboring towns, such as Renesse. We didn't have to use the car once during our stay and were able to do everything on our bikes. There is a hotel storage room for bicycles directly on the hotel grounds. The room facilities are great. We didn't want for anything. The breakfast buffet was always very plentiful and fresh. The only criticism was the slightly longer waiting time if you wanted to eat a la carte in the evening. The service at the table was always nice but unfortunately not very attentive.

Service in the restaurant at dinner time. Gardening work, such as mowing the lawn and trimming the hedge directly in front of our terrace at 7 o'clock in the morning.

Great place to relax. The room was very cozy and quiet, nice temperature (it was not cold), all the spaces are very clean. There is a nice spa zone with different saunas and whirlpool. The room also has a big bath. Nice and delicious breakfast, polite people. I enjoyed and relaxed.

There was only a multiple use soap in the room, no conditioner, body lotions etc.

Fabulous staff and always smiling and friendly. Clean, excellent facilities. Rental e-bikes in excellent shape and well maintained.

The spa did not have water available for the guests which seemed strange considering it is supposed to be a 4 star spa.

Location of the hotel with nice walk to the beach is great plus. Fact that you have own nespresso cups coffee machine in the room is nice. Bit tricky to use at first, but good coffee. Breakfast is fine.

I booked room with two beds. Got double bed. Went to reception asked again. Got again double bed. Hm. Please do not expect anything like good food from this, not sure if I should call it restaurant. More like heat up place. And there is still not too much heat. Hamburgers are delivered half cold. Other food has dubious combination of saus and pasta. In this time of year (winter ) many other places are closed. Shortly, for the price and the way of service you would expect much much more, please don't. No fridge or minibar in a room.

The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable! The breakfast was copious. The hotel is located a short bike ride from the center of town A locked covered storage was provided for our bikes. We enjoyed afternoon drinks on the terrace outside the restaurant. All in all a very pleasant stay..

Staff was extremely helpful, very kind and good-hearted. Breakfast was of good quality and hotel overall was in very good condition with solid facilities.

View wasn't superb, but also not bad as the area was overall peaceful and quiet.

Very nice hotel surrounded by beautiful nature. Beach access through the dunes by a 20 minute walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms with plenty of space and large bathroom.

The hotel was great and the onsite spa was nice. The staff was good and helpful. At night the outdoor area was beautiful! Parking was great and access to local areas was perfect! We also loved the breakfast!

The one significant complaint we had was the lunch/dinner menu. The menu itself was ok, but the overall quality of the food was actually poor. We found much better quality in town for a much better price. The price wasn't such an issue if the quality would have been better. For a hotel that was as nice as this was and at this price point I would have expected better food.
