Each and every staff member that we encountered was so polite and helpful. We have a baby and were given a pack and play upon arrival. The hotel room was even nicer than we expected. It was very spacious and just beautiful! The pool was very clean and roomy! There was a wide variety of breakfast foods to choose from! This was definitely the most pleasant experience that we’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff were all so professional and very friendly!

The breakfast was good!! I loved how peaceful and quiet that it was especially for a Friday night, it's pretty bad when my mom and I have to rent a hotel room to get some peace and quiet, because we live at the Riverview apartments and can't get any peace and quiet because of the neighbors slamming doors and stomping in the hallway at all hours of night that goes on all night when quiet time is 10pm to 8am.So I not recommend anyone that is looking for a place to live to try and get an apartment here.

I can't really think of anything that I didn't like about our room the staff was very friendly and polite, the room was nice and clean this is the second time that I have got a room this week.The first room that I got was the 2 bedroom suite and it was very nice and clean also it was a great price that I paid for it. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!!!

The hotel room was very accommodating, and very roomy. It was very clean, and cozy! The staff is wonderful! I have a new favorite place to stay, while in Vincennes, Indiana. Shout out to Kinsey at the front desk, and the manager Joy, for making my stay wonderful!

There was a lot of construction going on, but, it didn't really damper our get a way. I can't wait to see the remodel!

The staff was great. We had a bit of an issue with the first room (t.v. didn't work). Jaylene promptly and efficiently moved us to another room. She was very helpful. The rest of the staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the work-our room and my partner and I enjoyed the indoor pool.

I would have enjoyed a meat choice for the breakfast. The offerings included a breakfast sandwich with sausage, but I personally don't care for those.

Really pleased there were dishes in the room. Breakfast in the lobby had plenty of variety. We arrived late in the evening after juggling flights all day. So nice that there were frozen entrees available for purchase in lobby. I popped one in the microwave for my husband as soon as we got to the room.

Quiet atmosphere

The door to the room was wide open when i arrive..my bathroom wasn't clean..the soap dishes on the counter was dirty. But the supervisor in housekeeping was wonderful...Big thanks to him.

We loved our suite - closed doors on each bedroom made it feel like home away from home!

The breakfast was less than appetizing. There were egg and cheese “patties” folded like a taco that none of the family would eat beyond a bite. Granola setup was decent, but there wasn’t much of it.

It’s a good hotel! Staff helped dig my car out from the big snowstorm, as I was 2 weeks post op from hand surgery

I was satisfied with the discount she had given us for the confusion with the lastnames and the beds quantity. My family member slept out on the pull out bed. I'd rather her have a queen bed, but she was comfortable. The hotel was impeccable. Very clean, staff was nice, helpful. It was like a little apartment. The breakfast was cool, sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, chocolate and white milk. Orange juice was broke, but they had apple juice, fruit, coffee, toast. They offered quite a bit during COVID-19. I was shocked. I would definitely stay here again. Best hotel in town hands down. Highly recommend.

We were called for a room. It was a mistake with the last name. No biggie lilly ended up fixing it an hour and half later. The double room we booked was not available. We ended up with a King.

Trey at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
