The room and the building itself has been remodeled and looks great! It was located right where i needed to be. If im ever back in the area i will stay there again.

The AC unit would not blow cold. It seems to have a setting to block you from going lower then 72 degrees and was a little too warm for my fat arse. There was also no alrm clock or clock at all and my wife was using the tv to judge the time but found out that it was an hour off so when it was time to check out she thought we still had an hour. And before you ask why didnt she just use her cell phone we are amish and dont believe in the devils work. I joke... Im not sure why she didnt use her phone. She cray cray!! FR FR no cap. on my momma peace! two love set match point. ***PSA*** BEWARE OF 3RD HAND SMOKE!!

The bed was comfortable the staff friendly it’s located in small town old fashion drive up to your room door. Bathroom appeared to be updated with tub/shower the shower head has good water pressure. The AC worked well as during our stay it was hot and humid. Room is modern for a motel. I used lysol wipes to wipe bed frame down and was surprised no dirt marks. Again it is older motel but I didn’t wake up with bed bugs. Didn’t see roaches or rats. Toilet was in good shape.

Location is perfect. Close to stores and restaurants but still quiet. Room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Had a microwave and small refrigerator. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Air conditioner would only go to 72 which made the room stuffy and humid. We stayed during a very warm week which didn't help.

You don't have to wait until 3 PM to check in which is a bonus. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The refrigerator was larger than most motels, and it had separate freezer space too.

There weren't any cups in the room, but they were readily available when I went to the office.

It's very obviously newly renovated. And quiet! Clean and moderately priced. We chose this motel because of its proximity to the Amish community. We ate a huge dinner at the Gasthof, drove ten minutes to our room and took a nap. You might do the same. The family who run this motel are friendly. Many of the folks who stay here are traveling workers. They were quiet and respectful, go to bed early and leave for early shifts. We smelled some delicious BBQ someone was making on an outdoor grill. The fridge in the room was unusually large for a hotel room. Make sure to plug it in if you're going to use it.

Everything it was great 3 day stay the hot water was very hot and stayed hot during a 20 minute shower

Only thang I wish the had was free newspaper been nice and some kind of breakfast apples bananas honey buns or the 6pack mini donuts

Has to cancel the 2nd day and they put the 2nd night on credit so I still have 1 night to use when I go back. I will definitely be staying there when I need a room

Centrally located near many restaurants and activities in Washington, IN. Owners were very friendly and the hotel room and foyer were immaculate. Ice machine and vending machines were very close. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Will stay again when we visit family.

Room was clean and nicely decorated.

Exterior could use a little cleaning and sprucing up. Looks a little dirty and dusty.

Quiet, clean, comfortable.
