I always appreciate counter top space in the bathroom. The design of the shower was really nice, and everything was very clean and up-to-date. I felt more comfortable because it seemed to be new or recently remodeled. The young man that checked us into our room was extremely kind and helpful, to the woman ahead of us in line as well. I noticed he finished with his customers and went right back to mopping. You could tell he took a lot of pride n the facility and his job.

The layout of the parking lot is kind of strange. I probably would’ve found it a little more problematic if I’d been traveling with kids or more luggage.

Location sat right next to the Patoka river had a nice walk bridge then went across the river close to a real nice breakfast and lunch restaurant

Their breakfast wasn’t very good and other than that you had to drive to get to anything else

Room door was so hard to open I had to call the front desk. The tubs need some anti slip pads. I had a handicap tub. Thank goodness there were several handrails or I would have fallen. Another member of our party had a regular room and also almost fell in the tub

I really loved the location! Right on the river, with the train station right behind us. My son loved being able to check out the older train on site! There were restaurants within walking distance, and it was in a very quiet part of town!

The room smelled very moldy. I think this may have been due to being right on the river, but our throats hurt afterwards. Also, we have two service dogs, and they requested documentation from my husband when we checked in. We don't mind paying for them, service dogs or not, but according to the ADA, it is actually illegal to ask for any documentation. They weren't ugly about it, but still left a bad taste in our mouth.

It was modern, clean, and inviting.

It needed more and better placed electrical outlets, a bath mat, and someplace nearby ton eat dinner (the place next door was closed though it said it was open).

The size of our room was perfect for our family of 5.

I have no complaints the room was great check in and out was simple and quick. Everything seemed very clean and well maintained

Breakfast was fine, The staff was helpful the room was extra clean. The playground near by was a added benefit because we had our grandkids and we were taking them to Holiday World. The pool was enjoyable for the kids.

Breakfast not long enough and started to early. The room was smaller than expected. The door latch gave us problems. Parking wasn't the greatest,but it wasn't bad we need to walk a little extra to get to our room.

The hotel is very nice, very accommodating, comfortable soft beds, we have the double queen room with sofa pull out the room has plenty of space for 5 people. Water pressure is amazing.

Parking lot is across the railroad cross, but very convenient still

Clean on both the inside and outside. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options. Staff was friendly and informative.

There was only 1 thing that I didn't like. The parking situation was a little weird. I know with its location it can't be helped.

Breakfast was as good as a continental can be. Everything was hot, clean and filling.

The only complaint was the room had a noise in the a/c unit everytime it came on or shut off. It was like a door in the unit needed oiled. Unit worked great and room was nice
