Hotel was great and 15 minutes away from Holiday World

The smell in the hotel lobby and rooms. They can mop the floor with beach and Fabulosa and burn some candle wax to make it smell good in the lobby when the guest walks in and pour some smell good frangrance in the carpet in the hotel room and vacuum it to keep the room smelling good but besides that everything was great!!!!

Very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. What 3 couples and were given 3 adjacent rooms...all nice and clean. We had a great breakfast each morning and played games and were welcome to hang out in the breakfast room in the evenings. Location is great for touring the area.

I'm still waiting for tolerance to return to the world and smoking rooms to become available again. The staff had a small issue keeping the breakfast food from running out...but the six of us could be at fault for that.

We liked the rooms, the beds were comfortable. We didnt stay for long to get the full expierence so that is all I could say on it!

The complimentary shampoo and conditioner were very hard to use. A tiny little drop would come out when you would push on them. Also the TV channels were all messed up and you had to point the remote at a certain angle to get it to work which was a little annoying early in the morning! haha

The lady at the front desk was awesome. You could tell she really loves her job and did fantastic of taking care of us and her other guests. The pool was quickly our favorite spot to go other than to our room for rest. We would definitely come back. 🙂

The water pressure of the shower was a bit low, and got kicked off the Internet while watching a movie when other guests arrived.

Location, inside pool , breakfast included, free cancelation, nice big rooms and very clean.

Gravel parking lot 😬. Pool area needed painted in spots. Thin walls and noisy neighbors. Did not like the breakfast sausages !

Wifi streamed TV service. Wifi needs to be upgraded. Could not watch TV due to it dropping every 5 to 10 minutes.

The room was a large size...clean and comfortable. Some things are outdated, but it didn't change anything. We always come here.

The sink and bathrooms are outdated, but everything works.

The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was really nice and clean. It was an overall a good stay for a reasonable price.

Not the hotels fault but wish there were more choices to eat around the area.

The location & cleanliness & staff are the reasons I returned a second time & recommended to all my friends.. when t travel I look for Baymont inns to stay as my 1st choice for a overnite stay 😊
