Coffee seemed watered down both mornings. I am no coffee snob; it was really bad. The rest of the breakfast was limited. No eggs or potatoes. The bagel and cream cheese spread was ok.

I almost slipped and slmost fell on wet mopped lobby floor. There were 2 of those warning signs set up, but they were in the middle of the wet floor rather than right at the side door where I came in with suitcases. Also, the second-hand cigarette smoke right outside both front and side doors was a big disappointment.

The pool , hotel location , breakfast even though there wasn't enough to go around for the entire hotel in 2 hrs,

The tv remote is taped up and doesn't work, if your going to offer breakfast , at least have it available maybe 2 waffle makers like laquinta has. And a few more than 4 tables to sit at. Was 20 people trying to squeeze in the lunch room. Carpet needs replaced in hallway.

The Lady at check in was very nice. There was a vending machine if needed. The cleanliness was good. The building was nice. They had a microwave. They had a refrigerator! None of the employees were rude.

They need to get an elevator because carrying all that luggage down the hallway after walking to the second floor is horrible! There needed to be a more choices for breakfast than what was offered. The parking could have been better with more access to the doors without such a long walk.

Very friendly staff.

I ask for a handicap room with a roll in shower and they gave me a handicap room way down at the end of the hallway with a bath tub with hand rails. I am unable to stand in the shower so I was not able to shower. Also, we always are given a room down by the front because me and my husband are handicapped and cannot walk very far. So both of these issues were very inconvenient for us.

My husband would disagree but the mattresses were my favorite. They were the perfect firm mattress and I slept great without waking up in pain

Breakfast was VERY limited but it really wasn’t bad for a free breakfast. They offered frozen burritos, and filled bagel bites in addition to the typical waffles, cereal and bagels, and muffins. Also the water pressure was awful but I feel like that’s most hotels.

Staff was amazing! Kenny & Karen went above and beyond. Some rooms were larger, breakfast was limited but sufficient and good. We really enjoyed the breakfast burritos & hot sauce. Waffles always good of course.

front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and apologetic for the room problems we started out with

the first room they had us in hadn't been cleaned. there was still garbage in it and sheets and blankets were all on the floor

The room was clean, and the staff were polite. It was also nice that the business is run by English speaking staff.

Breakfast could've been a bit better. Fruit would make it healthier.

Clean lobby, clean pool, friendly staff.

The room smelled like mildew when we first arrived. The carpets were really dirty too. Just walking around the room made our feet as black as if we’d walked outside barefooted.
