Traveling to Indiana for granddaughters birthday party at Holiday world. Hotel was clean, older hotel. Beds were comfortable for the one night stay. The front desk clerk was amazing and informative. Smooth check in and out.

I was only concerned with the elevator. It has a loud cracking jolt when it first starts, a smooth ride otherwise. I overheard many guests in the morning complaining about breakfast options. I went in to dining area and noted juice machine was out of order, only milk in small fridge. Waffles, sausage links, and scrambled eggs was the hot options. You could have bagels, toast, and cereal.

We had to wait several minutes to get someone to the front desk. Front desk attendant was confused earlier in the week we called and asked for our rooms to be next to each other, he thought we wanted adjoining roo.ms and said he would give us adjoining rooms for no extra charge which was great, but we ended up with what we originally asked for and that was fi e

The smell in the hotel lobby and rooms. They can mop the floor with beach and Fabulosa and burn some candle wax to make it smell good in the lobby when the guest walks in and pour some smell good frangrance in the carpet in the hotel room and vacuum it to keep the room smelling good but besides that everything was great!!!!

Very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. What 3 couples and were given 3 adjacent rooms...all nice and clean. We had a great breakfast each morning and played games and were welcome to hang out in the breakfast room in the evenings. Location is great for touring the area.

I'm still waiting for tolerance to return to the world and smoking rooms to become available again. The staff had a small issue keeping the breakfast food from running out...but the six of us could be at fault for that.

We liked the rooms, the beds were comfortable. We didnt stay for long to get the full expierence so that is all I could say on it!

The complimentary shampoo and conditioner were very hard to use. A tiny little drop would come out when you would push on them. Also the TV channels were all messed up and you had to point the remote at a certain angle to get it to work which was a little annoying early in the morning! haha

Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable.

Was very disappointed in the breakfast. We went down around 830 and there was only enough batter to make 2 small waffles, small scoop of eggs and 1 sausage. Also there was no juice or milk. There was 4 of us staying so not much for breakfast.

The breakfast was good, The location of the hotel and to get to Holiday World was great.

The only thing i was not happy about was that it said it had a heated pool and the water was not heated nor was it room temperature but other than that having a pool to go in was great.

The lady at the front desk was awesome. You could tell she really loves her job and did fantastic of taking care of us and her other guests. The pool was quickly our favorite spot to go other than to our room for rest. We would definitely come back. 🙂

The water pressure of the shower was a bit low, and got kicked off the Internet while watching a movie when other guests arrived.

The check in was smooth . Breakfast was really good lots of varity. Bed wasnt cofortable. Bed last time here king was. Tv didnt work due to storms in evening. Elevator broke on our last day there. Pool was open but cold.

Location, inside pool , breakfast included, free cancelation, nice big rooms and very clean.

Gravel parking lot 😬. Pool area needed painted in spots. Thin walls and noisy neighbors. Did not like the breakfast sausages !
