We really enjoyed the hot breakfast. There was such a selection and staff available to help restock. A staff member overheard my daughter ask if the apples were washed. She graciously asked if she could wash it for my daughter to ease her wonder. We enjoyed the pool at the hotel as well. I purposely chose a hotel with a spacious pool. Both our children couldn't wait to go swimming each day. The location of the hotel to Riverwalk was very convenient. We were able to get to Smothers park so easily.

We were greeted by Precious at the front desk. She was very pleasant and helpful. Entire staff were all accommodating. Cleanliness of facility was excellent . The complimentary breakfast was the best ever. Thank you to LaVonne for the wonderful breakfast. Everything was delicious and we were amazed with the variety items available. My friend and I both noticed the employees seemed to love working there and went out of their way to make our stay excellent! You have a great team of employees that make your hotel stand out from all the rest. You are the best!

The hotel is well kept except for the bathroom. The tub could be replaced or reglaze. There was a good selection of breakfast food. The lady reception was nice and friendly (gentleman who was with her didn't seem to be socialable). Beautiful view of the river front.

My first day checking in the gentleman wasn't friendly, and really didn't seem approachable. The tub in the bathroom could be updated. Parking space seems very close. There's not enough space between the lines.

Beautiful location on the riverfront, with lovely walkways, swings and parks. There is always fantastic music from the many outdoor stages, patio restaurants and buskers. Bonus was the summertime Friday after Five festival on the riverfront. Hampton Staff is exceptional. Friendly, efficient and super helpful. Room was clean, shower water hot and bed was very comfortable. Can't ask for anything better.

We always stay here - this time was the first time our room wasn’t neat on arrival. Our bathtub had a huge hairball next to the drain, and several small hairs all over the tub. It just seemed like housekeeping moved very quickly this time and didnt double check their work?? I was very surprised, this has never been an issue before.

The front desk staff was exceptional in their assistance to its clients. We had a member of our trip get sick, and we had to notify EMS. The staff member waited patiently outside while we performed an assessment. Will was so helpful that night and the following morning genuinely solicitous in his inquiries about her well-being. The staff on Sunday afternoon was extremely helpful and helped me get signed up for Hilton's honors.

Breakfast was great, the room was peaceful - we didn't hear any noise but the thunderstorm. The waterline is fantastic, but you need to pay extra for the river view. Unfortunately we didn't use the pool which looked really cozy and nice. Overall, if we pop up in Owensboro one more time, I guess, we will stay here again.

No issues with anything only the button for the timer on the hot tub was broken so we couldn't get any bubbles out of the hot tub other than that small issue absolutely perfect

The breakfast was so yummy both mornings we ate and I liked the large area we had to sit and eat in.

I paid cash for part of my total balance but still got charged the full amount to my bank card. I didn't like that. I don't know when that will be resolved.

Location on the water front. Has the festival right behind the hotel. And the next day was able to walk down to smothers park with my kids
