We love our room. It was the first time I paid extra for a suite with a balcony but it was a beautiful room and very comfortable. the shower was a walk in which was great for us and we had a fantastic view of the river. We enjoy the keurig coffee maker and the little kitchenette was nice, though we would suggest some extra towels for that area of the room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The only complaint we had concerning the stay was the food. We have breakfast in the restaurant Saturday morning. the service was very slow and our food was barely warm when we got it. We did not eat there after that. The restaurant only services sandwiches for dinner and supper and very expensive, we did not want burgers for dinner, so we ate out.

no breakfast buffet and the reservation only says breakfast included. not that you have to order it. there were several places on the wall in my room that looked like splatter, should have been cleaned. a couple of the bath towels were frayed around the edges. the body lotion in the bathroom had a smell that was like it had been there awhile. we have stayed at other IHG hotels and all of their Dove products had an amazing clean smell. these at this hotel not so much.

I wish I could remember names. But everyone was so nice. The man who checked me in was super. When we were leaving a man from the maintenance staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good. I honestly can not say enough about the staff.

Loved our 3rd floor, river view balcony room! See photo of sunset from our balcony. Breakfast was great, staff was so friendly and helpful. The location right on the Ohio River was wonderful, with easy access to the river walk and nearby shops and restaurants.

Asked twice one day to have our trash cans emptied and never happened, so I took it down to the front desk myself. A minor glitch to an otherwise wonderful experience.

Price was high and a lot of fees/taxes made it even higher. Wanted to stay a second night but it was too much!! We were able to walk around and not have to drive!

Everything!! The staff was Fantastic!! Kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. My husband is very ill, on oxygen and everyone, even other guests were extremely helpful to us. The meals from Burger Theory were Excellent. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return next year.

The staff was very friendly with my kids. The kids loved the pool as well. We're glad it was salt water. They gave us new towels daily! (A lot of other hotels now, you have to ask for new ones at the front desk).

I wish hotels (it's not just this one) would go back to fixing bed again; having fully tucked sheets is the best thing about hotel stays.

The room was excellent....Very clean and bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We were there for a funeral and needed an extra 30 minutes for a later checkout they gladly allowed us to and was very nice. Thank you so much for good service.

We liked the river front view! Bed was comfortable.

Room needed to be wiped down from dust and finger prints. All the doors needed w-d 40 put on hinges very loud and squeaky.

The staff from housekeeping to the front desk were especially friendly. Everything was clean. The food was amazing, and the view of the riverfront was calming
