This was a great little place to stay! We stayed for one night and the staff was great, everyone was very friendly, even other guests were very cheery! Nice, clean room with lots of ammenities. Not sure, but I think it may have had soft water too? Good breakfast! The thing I liked the most was the surrounding area. Easy to get to off the interstate, but they are on a pretty quiet road with a nice, shaded path to walk around a small lake out front. I saw a playground out of our window, I think that was accessible for guests, but didn't verify. I brought my small dog and the place was super pet-friendly. They had doggy bags by the door and a corresponding waste container outside the door. I'm a local and just used this for a family get-together, but I will definitely recommend it to others and keep it mind for the future.

We liked the location and the comfort and staff.

TV in Living room needs to be replaced, its about to go out. Has lines going down the screen as you are watching TV. Fire place is not working. Needs some updates. Pool was a little on the chilly side and the hot tub was not functioning. The rate was high for these conditions.

Staff was SUPER friendly, espeically at the front desk. Room was very spacious, room for all 6 of us.

The hot tub was broken which created a small safety issue with my kids playing in the pool.

Really enjoyed view of pond, and the room had an amazing at home feel

I'm a weird sleeper, didn't have my pillow, not their fault. Wish the fire place worked tho..

The staff was so helpful. Kelly at the front desk and the manager Jennifer went above and beyond to help me.

Breakfast was alright, what I expected. The beds in Marriotts are always great, and I always sleep well.

The Free WiFi is unsecured, so it's useless to me. No-one at the desk in Evansville, nor in Birmingham, AL could tell me if the paid WiFi was secure or not. They all seem to think that if you have a password (last name, room number) it's somehow secure. This is a problem for me and will effect my decision making going forward.

The staff were great! There was an issue with a card at check-in, but they were able to figure it out right away and charge the correct amount. At breakfast, the woman working was fantastic at keeping things stocked and being VERY patient with our kids as they went through the line. The manager was walking through the lobby, checking in on everybody - I felt very attended to during our stay.

The room could have been cleaner. Found some evidence in the bathroom that the toilet had not been fully cleaned. I took care of it myself, but it did make me wonder what other details had been forgotten. Also found some mushed up candy under the coffee table/ottoman. Mattress in sofa bed looked well-worn and perhaps needing replaced soon.
