Breakfast was mostly delicous. The one minute pancake machine was cool but they tasted terrible lol. Staff was nice and everything was very clean and orderly.

This is not at all fault of the staff! However, I think the full fees should be paid at booking. Not, paying most of it ahead of time and still having to pay for another charge upon arrival. I just wanted to go to sleep.

We were there to see Anthony Gomes in concert, and it was a great room that was comfortable, clean, and provided a lot of space in which to get ready. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodated a special request to turn the air conditioning on before we arrived. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. The breakfast was very good. All in all it was a great stay!

There was nothing wrong with the hotel or our stay. I would highly recommend The Holiday Inn Express to anyone staying in the Evansville area. We had a very good experience.

Room itself was very clean as well as lobby areas. The staff members were so friendly and helpful!

Bathroom shower curtain had possible makeup stains. Shower head needs to be replaced, limited water pressure.

I really have no complaints, but if I had to say anything it would be that the housekeeping staff forgot tissue paper, and a laundry bag in the room. Other than that, no big deal.

Overall cleaning was just surface cleaning. It’s been a few years since the facility has been deep cleaned. Mold is starting and the air conditioning smelled musty.

The desk clerk was the nicest lady. She could tell that we had traveled far, and went out of her way to make us welcome

It was located close to restaurants and stores. There was ample parking. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

It was not stated that the pool would not be open, and we were traveling for a football tournament, so we had kids that definitely wanted to swim and we’re looking forward to it.

It is in a good location for shopping and dining. IT was very clean.
