Nice clean hotel. No unpleasant smell, friendly staff. Special thanks to the maids, they cleaned up the trash and changed the towels every day, changed the bed linen almost every other day. The location is very good, shops and cafes and gas stations are nearby.

The downsides are that the WiFi worked very poorly and the breakfasts, I would like more vegetables and fruits, but this is just my personal wish. Otherwise, everything is great

I love how beautiful the inside is as soon as you just walk in. I also was greeted by Grace as soon as we got to the hotel and she was absolutely amazing! She’s extremely personable and you can tell that she genuinely doesn’t just see you as another paying customer she wants to make sure you’re experience is good while you’re there.

The only thing I can say that we didn’t enjoy was breakfast, but you gotta understand the deal that you get with the hotel. It’s not terrible.

I wish I would have stayed here in the first place I’ve been traveling for a month moving from hotel to hotel !! I really enjoyed my stay peaceful clean clean so clean the bed the bathroom the hallway where all clean!! Checking in I told the young lady that I had a rough time finding the right place she was so welcoming as well

Location was great ! A lot around to do ! Also the woman who Checked me in was amazing !

The bathroom needed a slight improvement because of water damage and it smelled of smoke when we arrived ! Also the bathroom was cleaned but there was a hair sitting on the toilet seat once I lifted the lid up it was there

The rooms were spacious. It was quiet. The staff was friendly .

The air conditioning was not regulated or consistent throughout the facility. It made the whole place humid and in the rooms if you left it would shut off and took more than an hour to cool the room even to 75 degrees!

The breakfast had a lot of options, and it was very clean.

The room was not cool at all. The thermostat was not working purposely so the room was 78 degrees when we arrived. They were very accommodating and moved us to a cooler room, where the thermostat did work properly

Breakfast pretty good. Plenty of options even for a smaller hotel. A/C was very cold. Bed comfortable. Room had a nice lay out. Plenty of room.

Chair to desk was missing a wheel. Non-working phone in room. Room was non-smoking and you can smell smoke in room. Also, smell weed all the way down the hall of a non-smoking area .

The facility is clean, quiet, very spacious. Convenient to the local tourist attractions. Furniture in guest room is slightly battered.

Some touch-up work on the furniture in the guest room would improve the slightly-battered appearance.

Breakfast was not eaten here, however the options available would satisfy. The location is conveniently located from restaurants and shopping. The commode leaked when flushed, however was quickly resolved. The check-in personnel was very apologetic and offered another room, however settling had already been done so extra towels were given. Upon checking out the room was flagged as not available and and a call was made for repair. This establishment cares about the property and does everything to ensure a comfortable stay. I was in town for 2 funerals. Not only was personnel empathetic, they went the extra mile to make a stressful moment as stress free as possible. I will be back.

It would have been nice to have a hard copy listing of available channels or networks on the television or something to show the channel for the TV guide.
